My iPhone was currently not holding a charge, dying on me on the regular and when I actually checked in Settings, the iPhone message stated that I needed to get a new battery. So it was time to head to EFix, glad to have this new business close by rather then heading into Silverdale or Poulsbo! Mike took my call ordered a new battery that took less than a day to receive. Once I came in, he was able to swap my battery out in half an hour. I also had another issue with my lens and he identified the problem instantly and was able to clean and re-glue my lens that was loose on my old iphone. As you know, our phones are so important and his great customer service as well as such fast service was well appreciated. Inconsistent speeds, way too many packets lost in route, apathetic customer service. There are way too many days where our internet is unusable for anything of than static page web browsing. Any time we have had issues, which seems to be constant, they put in so little effort to troubleshoot. We basically have to beg to get basic service and even then, they usually end up just shrugging it off. They don't even have access to most of the important lines, which are apparently handled by Astound. So they usually pawn off responsibility and leave it at that until we inevitably have to call and beg for more service AGAIN AND AGAIN! I am dreaming of the day I can finally escape from this unending nightmare.
