He contacted me later that day and informed me the distributor never received the request in the first place and that he would call me "for Sure" the following day with the quote. Needless to say no follow up call/text ever came. When I text again a couple days later, thinking maybe he just got busy. Unfortunately, he never responded back. Very unprofessional. If they can't even bother to follow through on a quote, I'd hate to see how unprofessional they are in their work. Because of that history, we trusted them with restucco work and a roof resurfacing project. After they restuccoed our home, a crack appeared. They came back to repair it, but within a week the crack returned. Since then, we have been trying to get them to come back and properly address the issue, with no resolution. It has now been about a year since we paid to have our roof resurfaced. We have a signed contract and invoice showing payment for the resurfacing work. However, Albert is now denying that his company performed the roof resurfacing -- despite his signature being on the receipt. We have provided documentation, yet we are still not receiving follow-up or inspection of the roof to ensure there are no leaks. A proper power wash was also part of the agreement and has not been addressed. Repeated calls and texts have gone unanswered. As repeat customers who referred others, this has been extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. If you are considering hiring them, proceed with caution and ensure all work and follow-up commitments are honored.

This is a follow-on review of Las Cruces Moving and Storage. In my first review I described the…read moreoutstanding job they did getting two large steel mezzanine kits out to my barn. I had planned on rounding up friends and neighbors to help assemble the mezzanines. But after studying the assembly instructions, LCM&S made an offer to do it. My desire was that the new mezzanines would fill out the second floor of the barn, in a space left open to accommodate a RV. The new mezzanines are fully adjustable so LCM&S had to figure out width, length and height to best fill the space. An enormous number of nuts and bolts were required. Metal in the barn had to be reformed. Wood decking had to be cut to fit. Whatever was required, LCM&S had the knowledge and tools to meet the task. In just three days, two tons of mezzanines kits were completely assembled and integrated into the barn. I could not be happier with the results.
