Last year, they wanted to charge me for making a withdrawal for my account. Last month, they falsely told me my account was not coded "payable on death" to my sister. Every interacion during the last 2 years has been problematical. Avoid.(This applies to all branches.) This is a bank masquerading as a credit union. I get better service by far from Chase.

I always felt like there was a yoke around my neck…read more I received no help during covid from this bank, although I was able to get two low interest SBA loans for my S corp and my LLC, as well as grants from Dane Buy Local. They continuously set the loan renewal for short periods, charging exorbitant renewal fees. It was especially difficult during the economic downturn of 2008. They even tried to foreclose on me, even though I had never missed a payment. I went with Capitol Bank because Todd Geltemeyer, who I met through an economic redevelopment coprporation, had transferred to Capitol Bank. He eventually left, but I was roped into the loan, with little option to transfer to another bank. I have finally been able to switch to One Community Bank and have received excellent service there. I wasn't even able to access my account online with Capitol Bank, whereas, with One Community, my payments are automatically deducted and I can check my payments easily online. I would recommend going with One Community Bank for all your business needs.
