She was terrible and at the end informed me that she would review my policy and call me back and hung up. Customer Service appears to be a thing of the past. Insurance Company from Hell!!!…read more First of all, they "forget" to add that I am older than 26 years old and I had to pay more than $500 extra. Secondly, they twist and turn your account to make sure you pay more. When I caught them lying to me their representative was screaming using phrases like "it's a law", "according to a state" etc. Also, year ago I changed my bank account and asked them to charge a debit card they were charging on a monthly basis. A guy told me that he will switch it but month later R&J made an attempt to charge my old card. I got $35 penalty from the bank for overdrafting closed account. When I came to complain the same guy lied in my eyes telling that I never asked him to change debit card. It was obvious that we was trying to portray me as an immigrant who doesn't understand English. Anyway, I asked them to fix my information and it wasn't fixed again!!! Month later they made another attempt to charge my old debit card again and I got penalty fees again. Don't laugh but it happened on the third month as well! Only when I called their president and came to the office with a witness they got really scared and fixed everything in front of me. They even told me that all penalty fees will be refunded and they did it 3-4 month later (after I reminded them 4 or 5 times). One day I received $153 bill (when normally I pay around $95-$100) and I decided to switch insurance company. The same day they called me, apologized and told that mistake was fixed and I have to pay only $93. I cancelled anyway and now I am happy to pay $97 every month to another insurance company. Please remember, Rapo & Jepsen office located right in the middle of the area which populated with students and immigrants. Their reps screw people because they feel that student's don't have experience and immigrants just afraid and don't know many things. They love to use phrase "State Law" for a reason and without any reason. Also, they are getting really frustrated when customer know more than they expect or catch them lying. Easy to say, stay away from this dbags and frat boys!
