The agent proceeded to talk to me as if she was upset. I inquired how they go about getting the new rates. The agent informed me that they have various ways. When I inquired if rates for customers who have not had accidents and vehicles that are garaged with low mileage are rated. She was very condescending and spoke to me as if I was a child. I asked her several times to please try to understand that I just wanted to know how and why my rate was approaching 3000 dollars. She was rude and informed me that her coworker was listening. She was terrible and at the end informed me that she would review my policy and call me back and hung up. Customer Service appears to be a thing of the past. My husband was in complete shock at this agents behavior. I tried to explain to the agent that I just wanted know how and why my rates went up to almost 3000. Be very careful when calling this company.
