He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.

A couple of weeks ago, the house next to us was broken into in broad daylight. The next day Steven a rep for ADT was in the area networking with our neighbors and noticed our cameras. We chatted for a bit and I told him I had let the service go because my husband had lost his job late last year and we had to scale back on some stuff. He understood and heard my concerns, asked for a contact # and left a card for me to reach out when I was ready. I liked that he wasn't pushy and didn't hound me. I was finally able to connect with him a couple of days ago and today we have a brand new system (google neat cameras and sensors) installed. One of the biggest complaints I had was that the doorbell we initially purchased never worked correctly. I had constant issues with it. Allen (the tech who came out today) was able to resolve our door bell issue and now we have a functioning doorbell! Allen provided exceptional customer service and made sure to take his time when explaining everything to us and made sure everything worked properly before he left! He even left behind a manual for us to refer back to along with a web site for tutorial videos and his contact # if we have questions.
