Darren price is outrageous Darren you can report me all you want because it is what it is. Your guys installed my cameras at a set price and left one camera out. I was told that they "didn't think I needed it and if I decide that I did, they will come back and install it at no charge". We notice no cameras was capturing the mailbox and people was going through it, we called back and was charged an unreasonable amount for that one camera that should had been installed in the first job. Don't bother with them.....I asked if they can install a plug and play door bell camera POE. I have the wire. Pretty much asked if they can run the wire through the attic and they refused because they only use their own equipment because they don't want to risk it with a warranty. These are the guys to use! Darren came out a few weeks ago and took a look at my project and what I wanted done. He gave me a quote same day and it was better than any other quote I had gotten. He scheduled a day to do the work and even called a day before to confirm everything. The day of the project he called that morning to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was polite and got straight to work. During the installation he kept me in the loop about what he was doing and also wanted to make sure I was happy with where everything was being placed. I WAS 5+ year customer with Safe-T Security. Yesterday I called Safe-T security with an urgent request to troubleshoot and fix my system.... they told me they have a 2 WEEK WAIT & it is what it is. Needless to say, that is highly unsatisfactory... Fast forward 30 minutes. I get ahold of Darren & he gives me some advice on how to get the system working without needing to wait for Safe-T. So I said thank you, and hung up. 8 minutes later I asked myself... what am I doing!? THIS DUDE IS COOL! So I call back & ask if he's available to entirely switch me over from Safe-T to Best Alarm & do some upgrades same day... That night everything was up and running again + I now have a cool lookin new alarm pad, wireless contacts all over (which is what i wanted) & he's coming back Saturday to finish all the other stuff i dumped on him while he was at my house until 7PM that night. that right there is customer service!!!
