In the spring we had someone deliver and spread 50 bales but with a recent summer project we decided we needed a few more. Their business is one that allows you to drive in and look at the various stones and rocks and they also have a small office building where they have samples of scoop able products such as small rocks, sand, wood chips, etc. Once you have decided on your product you drive out and they load you up. They also have some large rocks/boulders on pallets which were very cool. They confirmed they are available to deliver as well. They do not place the large rocks. I should never have accepted the plant, but was in a hurry that day. I can't believe they would not do an exchange 3 days later when it was still in the pot. I will never order again from them. No wonder their business seems little off from years ago.

His initial consultation resulted in a very detailed consultation report with 4 options. His onsite work was AMAZING! We had a huge bamboo field that had become completely overgrown. In one and half days he and his team came in, removed all the bamboo, the fending, and raised beds. In it's place was a mulch field, left very neat and tidy. We were thrilled with the quality of the work, and the pricing was very reasonable for what we had done. On a personal level - David is a delightful person, and a pleasure to work with!

After reviewing the plan, I tried communicating via email, but got no response even though he had requested this method himself. Finally, I called and got one of his co-workers who was a well-known local garden columnist. In discussing the project plan, it quickly became apparent that the owner had mislead me about doing the work in late Spring rather than Fall, especially the lawn renovation. I never heard from him again. Months later, the other owner/ brother was doing some work for my neighbor when he accosted me as I was leaving and started threatening that I LEGALLY had to have some additional work done on my yard for drainage and runoff. Despite telling him that I was working with his brother on a separate project plan, this man of moderate stature with a severe Napoleon's complex said that he could care less what his brother was doing. Upon leaving, I called my neighbor and relayed my experience. He could not believe it as he said he had just been out there and specifically told the brother/owner what he wanted and what he absolutely did not want, including making any modifications to my adjoining yard which they seemed to be doing regardless. My neighbor's work was eventually completed at great cost, and a few years later, much of the work has quickly fallen into varying degrees of disrepair.

Flowers arrived with nothing but a tie, not very presentable. My sister was being nice and tried to take a good photo of the flowers to not hurt my feelings but even in the photo you can see the roses are not fresh and are dying. Look at the stems of the flowers too! They're dry and probably won't last for 24-48 hours. Probably better off buying flowers from Trader Joe's Update: They called me back and offered a discount for my next purchase instead of offering to replace the drying flowers. After my experience, why would I buy from here again?? They also admitted that they didn't wrap it in the brown paper because they believe a plain white tie is more festive. I wish they would have contacted me and asked if it was okay for them to change my order. Even flowers at grocery stores come with a plastic wrapping to make it more presentable! I also feel bad for the door dash driver who had to deliver these flowers without a cover. Hope their car didn't get ruined.
