The floors were nasty and not one employee seemed to notice, or if they did they didn't care. The fish tanks were equally disgusting; the goldfish tank had dead fish on the bottom of the tank with fuzzy rotting carcasses that no one bothered to remove. The other tanks were filthy with sick fish barely swimming. Needless to say, we turned around and walked out. This store should not be allowed to sell fish; they may not be fuzzy little creatures, but they are still living beings and should be taken care of as such. We will never go in that nasty place again.

He's quite dramatic when getting his nails trimmed but they put him at ease and take their time to trim his nails well and shape them well too. I appreciate it when they know he's kind of anxious and treat him well with pets and positive reinforcement. They do such a great job. This location is one of the better organized and managed stores I've frequented. They have a good selection of food, treats, and toys for your furry friends and their staff is great.

While the facility itself has all the physical features I was looking for (easy-access tubs, convenient sprayers that dispense water, shampoo, and conditioner, and multi-level dryers), the customer service was horrible! Registers were left unattended (there were literally no employees to be found), it was hard to find an employee who could help check me in, and even after completing check-in, I wasn't given towels or brushes or an apron (all items that are advertised as being part of the process). At the end of our visit, finally one of the groomers came to our aid with towels, but only after I had to leave my dog in the tub and knock on the grooming window for help. The groomer was the only employee who displayed any willingness to assist...all other employees were literally non-existent (where were they?).

This place have more merchandise than Petco near my house. Customers are more mindful and quiet. Children are well-behaved. I didn't see many dogs. So I can't comment on those furry customers.

I mentioned I was uncomfortable and I guess I'd have to put my dog in the car. Even though the girl at the front saw me struggling with the freezer for my dog's cake, she didn't help me. She also walked away when I wanted to check out to the grooming area. When I echoed my concern about the unleashed dog, despite their own policy, she told me she couldn't control the groomer's dog. This policy is in place for everyone's safety.

Inside the bakery, there's TONS of adorable treats, ice cream, everything is made from scratch, healthy and organic for your pups. They also host every first Thursday a Bark & Sip to hang with your pups and friends. I can't recommend this place enough. Parking may be a little tight but there's street parking available.
