I've been going to Vicky's Pet Depot for grooming of my two dogs: Rawlie Riggs (Red Heeler mix) and Fredd (Boxer Mix) for three years. Caleb consistently does an amazing job grooming Rawlie. Rawlie is not always easy to work with as he is very vocal and can be a bit much. He also grooms Fredd and does a wonderful job. However, Fredd was groomed by Kandi, today and she did a great job. read more

I'm a disabled senior, my pup is a dumped/abandoned rescue around 16 lbs that I have taken to this company for a nail grind only for the last couple of years. The regular groomer not there, another groomer named caleb tried to grind my dog's nails. When I got home, my dog's dew claw was ragged and bleeding. My next appointment I mentioned to my regular groomer what happened with caleb. Now I call for my next appointment the person on the phone trying to figure out when kaitlyn is there. Finally Sunday, I call Sunday to make sure. Now per Dominic I'm banned because of my attitude towards the owner caleb (whom I never spoke to, only mentioned to my regular groomer kaitlyn, I did mention to Dominic that I've always been a good customer, give $5 $10 tip plus buy their products, asked him please have someone call me and explain why I've been banned and again why don't take it out on my little rescue pup. read more

Brit is really great! My Teddy is old and has one nail that is like petrified wood. Two different Vets have said they could not trim it even when he was put to sleep for a deep teeth cleaning. it Grows so long I'm afraid he is going to hook it on something. I have been going to pet depot before it was Vicky's since i was in middle school. So about 20 years. Yesterday i went in for my 13th bag of Fromm dog food. The 13th is free so i was excited. Fast forward to today. My dog at from the new bag this morning and now she is so sick she cannot move. I called and asked if i can bring the dog food back to return it, i was told unless i have the original package i can't get another bag. Today is trash day, and the trash has already been picked up. Earlier today i was at a funeral. So it's really sad that i won't be going here anymore after 20 years. My dog is very sick and they don't care. I don't recommend anyone coming here at all. read more

We were referred to Vicky's Pet Depot by several friends and decided to take our dogs there too for grooming. Caleb did an excellent job grooming our Shih Tzu Poodle mix dog. We continued bringing our dogs in for grooming until our last appointment which turned out to be any dog owner's worst nightmare. After 3 hours of dropping off our dog, I went inside to check on the status. Kaitlyn, the groomer informed me it would be another 1.5 hours. Since we don't live in the area, we decided to wait inside the car. After a few minutes of checking on the status of my dog, I noticed a lot of commotion inside the store. Kaitlyn and another employee ran to the front door and I noticed a small black dog, that looked like my dog running towards the front door! I went back inside and asked Kaitlyn if that was my dog running around. Kaitlyn kept apologizing as I was looking for my dog. I finally found him trembling in the back of the store. I picked up my dog and left. Caleb may do an excellent job but it's not worth the risk of a groomer being careless and irresponsible like Kaitlyn was on our last visit. We will never return and neither will our friends that recommended us. read more

I purchased a 6ft leash for my chow chow dog on 5/12 after wanting to change our retractable leash. The leash felt sturdy and we were excited to use it and have more control of our dog after literally a DAY the leash came off on it's own during a walk a simple walk. My wife and I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, maybe we didn't click it on right but no again and again it happened. Thankfully all those times my dog stayed still and I was able to put the leash back on until yesterday. My dog nearly attacked another husky after his leash came right off like nothing. Today I went into Vickys pet depot with a receipt and told them about the situation in the front there was 3 ladys one of them stood out as she seemed so upset about me returning the leash not concerned for my safety or our dogs safety instead she grabbed the leash clicked it into a harness and tried yanking it many times saying "hm I don't see it happening" that's a comment you could save for yourself lady because if the situation would've escalated between my dog and the husky I wouldn't be bringing in here only the leash but a HOSPITAL BILL because you sell a faulty leash. It is free to be nice. Save yourself some time and don't go in here prices are literally no different from any other pet store read more
