Unfortunately I backed into a mailbox which gouged the paint significantly on the rear corner panel and of course one tiny nick on the adjoining panel which needed to be addressed. I got 3 estimates. The color on my Lexus is a 3 stage paint which increases the cost of any repair and the fact the nick needed to be covered by blending the 2 adjoining pieces without painting the entire extra piece made the difference in the estimates I got. One was going to charge an extra $1000 to do the blending or otherwise just leave the nick there. One place was about the same price but the work scope either wasn't explained well or wasn't going to be the same. So I went with VInnie's and am very pleased with the work and the service. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Car looks great...as if it never happened. I hope to never need their services again but I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Highly recommend. I used to go to a different place over the years but the owner sold his business so it was like starting all over again to find a trustworthy autobody shop. read more

I picked my car up today and it was BEAUTIFUL! It was better than I could have ever imagined. My car was hit while it was parked on the street and my front bumper was cracked and hanging off. Across the board great customer service and car detail. Vinny took in my car last minute before my lease inspection no problem. I had a number of large and small scratches through the paint (I scraped the front number along a stone ledge). He picked me up on his way to the shop to get my car, vacuumed the interior, waxed out all the surface scratches. I was surprised how nice the touchups looked. I received zero fees in damages!! After a truck kicked up a big rock into the hood of my 2007 BMW 335i, I wanted to find a body shop that I could trust to do a great repair. Since the paint on my bumper was already chipping, I had Vinnie's both strip/repaint the bumper AND repair / paint / color match the hood. Not only did Joe fix the dent caused by the rock on the hood, he also repaired another dent without charging The color matched perfectly and the repair area looks brand new. Joe's (the owner's) price was very reasonable ($200 less than a competitor). Getting into a car accident is a stressful experience. Even more stressful when there is any type of mixup with insurance. If I could recommend one person at this shop it would be Joe, who was over and above helpful with everything! He talked me through the entire experience, looked at the police report, and helped me at least understand what the insurance would and would not cover. When he wrote up the costs at the end my eyes bugged out of my head because it was 4 pages long... but not for the reason's you'd expect. Because I was amazed at how detailed and thorough the report was, and how clear and easy it was to read and understand everything that was fixed/charged. The details were important to me, because it shows that he was definitely not trying to deceive/take any shortcuts or do anything unnecessary. Super helpful in making a stressful experience a little less stressful! When I came to Vinnie's Auto Body, I knew nothing about the area or any of the surrounding shops. I picked Vinnie's Auto because it had the best pre existing reviews around. When I got there; I could see why. From the start I could tell that Joe was honest, he was upfront, he really did care about fixing the car and talked myself and my parents through most of the repairs (from the bumper, to the hood, to the radiator and everything in between before I left I was aware of most of the parts that needed to be fixed). I actually left feeling confident in the person fixing the car, which to me was a big deal in making the entire experience a little less stressful. Very great customer service. I had a lot of damage to the front end of my car (+$7,000 total cost). The guys here did an amazing job! I was surprised when I got the car the outside was washed and even looked waxed, the inside was vacuumed, and some of the scratches I had (which were not part of the accident), looked like they had been at least tried to have been buffed out.
