This place is kind of rustic and hard to get Tysons that it's part of a RV park. The deck leads to an amazing view of the lake. The food in the service was above average. They even have wonderful desserts. Thought for being path so sometimes forgot but it is somewhere driving to read more

Usually don't leave bad reviews. Dressed up for a nice dinner out. The wait staff was incredibly rude. My wife was asking about a salad and wanting the cheese in the side. Asked if fit was possible or if the salads were pre made. The waitress said that we were being incredibly rude. Never been treated like that before. read more

First time here. Had to wait to be seated and the girl moved us twice because she screwed up with incoming reservations. I spent $34 on my meal and $11 on a drink. The drink was good but they made me the wrong item (I ordered the seafood platter and they brought fish and chips) so my friend got her meal and was eating while I had to wait another 20 minutes for my meal, big mistake on their part, I might as well been eating by myself. I asked for cocktail sauce and the waitress did not know if they had any but going to check. She did not come back to let me know whether they had it or not do I guess I was out of luck. First and last time I will bless them with my presence. BTW the fish was fishy and the scallops were overcooked. What a bummer. read more

Very enjoyable waterfront dinner on Spirit Lake. I really liked their take on Fish & Chips, with a light dusting of flour, so all you tasted was tender, flaky whitefish. And they give you a lot. Flat fries that accompanied the meal were pretty unique--something between a potato chip and a cottage fry. Wifey loved her Prime Rib, and did their 'special,' which is herb rubbed and quickly seared on both sides, which makes it like an end cut. Very tender, and perfectly pink inside like she prefers. Our server Abby was on it; very friendly and attentive in a bustling resto on one of the hottest days of the year. Heck, she even talked me into Boston Cream Pie, which is rather unusual because I don't have a sweet tooth. Great location with AWESOME view (we ate on the deck overlooking the water). It is tucked away behind the RV park but worth the hunt! Our waitress was super sweet and took great care of us. Food was super tasty and beer was cold. Will certainly be back! read more

Beautiful place! we made a reservation but we ended up arriving late to our reservation. When we got to the restaurant they told us they didn't have a reservation under are name/number.... But they still seated us right away... it was memorial weekend and they were busy. They told us the food wait was going to be an hour... and we told them it was okay... We order and the food was great I order the fish and chips and the fish tasted really fresh and had great flavor. The rest of my table order pasta and prime rib.. the prime rib I had a bite and it was also made perfectly.... The drinks came out good. The service was great I believe her name is Rachel. She was very attentive and taking care of us. We had dropped some oil and vinegar on the table :d .. she was kind and helpful.. and brought us a new container.. The inside of the restaurant was nice and clean.. they have outside and indoor seating... I can tell this place is going to be a nice summer spot.. the views to the lake are AMAZING! They also had live music and enjoyed a free wine tasting they had in the outdoor patio! Really great place. read more

Well came in from Nevada .... Abby took very good care of us!!!!! Colin the owner came over to make sure every thing was OK! What a great place!!!! He's English!!!! and from UK!!!! Had a Pint of English Beer very cold!!!! Not warm like 1978!!! What!!!! Thank You for a nice time!!! Highly recommend !!! Hard to rate this restaurant. The location & ambience get a 5 star. A beautiful setting dining over the lake... outdoor or indoors. Nice bar indoors, live music on Thursdays. unfortunately the food is average. My husband ordered a prime rib and we still are laughing about it. The thinnest piece of prime rib I've ever seen . Burgers and fried passable nothing special. Staff are FANTASTIC!! Yes, we will go again... definitely would never order prime rib.... read more

Hands down the best restaurant in North Idaho. We are locals that eat out 1-3 times a week and this is a regular place for us. Excellent service and ambiance, the food and cocktails are consistently delicious, creative and well portioned. My fiancée and I stopped by here for some lunch after getting our pictures taken in Spirit Lake. We enjoyed everything we tried and our server was great! I haven't been here since before they remodeled the restaurant since I used to camp here as a kid with my family and there wasn't a restaurant back then. The remodel looks great! Was a great place to grab a good meal. so sorry its changed. All the employees except our sever was not happy and it showed in their service. We were served a pittance of bread with some oil and vinegar. Their were no plates on the table so I guess we were expected to shove the whole piece in our mouths. I order the the Italian hamburger cant remember what they called it . It was acceptable but nothing to write home about. Some weird fries like a potato chip but nor really. The table next to had some children as children will be the table was a mess. The person cleaning tables just wiped it on the floor. I am glad I was not sitting their. There is nothing better than breakfast/lunch/dinner on Spirit Lake. They have a great deck for nice days and a great dining room for inside dining. My husband, friend and I went to have an early dinner at Sedlmayer- our service person was Rachel ; a very attentive and personable server! We had not been to dinner here for maybe a year; the fish and chips at that time were lacking. Rachel informed us the new version of fish and chips were much improved as the chef was using his own batter for the fish. My husband tried the dish and was very impressed with the freshness, the flavor and the portions! My friend had the chicken Marsala and raved about the flavor! She swears the pasta was homemade! I wasn't too hungry and had the chicken tenders- large portion of tasty chicken strips- great flavor! I couldn't eat the whole thing and had to bring some home! What a joy to have a beautiful cozy place to patronize overlooking the lake! Great improvement! read more

I was so impressed with this little restaurant! The food was the best I've had up here in North Idaho! We had the loaded fries for our appetizer, the fries are very unique and absolutely delicious. We also got the Mac and Cheese, Fish and Chips, and Butter Cake were all so fantastic. I'm from Oceanside California so I'm used good fish and chips, this place was so impressive, some of the best I've ever had! We have been here a couple times now. The food is amazing. Things like prime rib pasta where an entire prime rib steak is sliced on top of a bed of pasta, is just amazing. The service has always been great. Friendly and knowledgeable. The same person is there when your order arrives so they don't have to ask, "who ordered this?" It sits right on Spirit Lake in a cute cabin atmosphere, so the view needs no further explanation. Make a reservation! read more

This is a hidden gem! The menu was so good-and the meals even better! The puffed Brie with huckleberries was a lite and delicious appetizer. We had fish & chips, shrimp tacos, burgers, prime rib salad and a pasta dish and everything hit the mark. Service was really good, and friendly. But the best part of the whole dinner was the view. Awesome little restaurant on the lake! Colin and his wife have worked extremely hard to get this restaurant to where it is today. Extremely nice couple. Food was delicious.. our party ordered the charcuterie board and some mozzarella sticks. The charcuterie board was fantastic. The mozzarella sticks were decent.. your typical cheese sticks.. the majority of our party ordered either the prime rib or the chicken Marsala. Both dinners were excellent and full of flavor. Decent wine and beer menu. For dessert we ordered the cheesecake topped with local huckleberries which also was very tasty. They also have a full bar with decent options for scotch drinkers ect. Looking forward to frequenting this restaurant often once we are living in Spirit Lake full time! read more

This is for the Restaruant only. Cute little establishment, ate on the deck overlooking the lake. The food was amazing (open faced prime rib sandwich) and the server was delightful, however, I was miffed at the 50 cent charge for asking for the horseradish sauce to be put on the side rather than on the sandwich. There was no indication, written or otherwise, that there would be a charge for this request. The explanation for the charge was "the dishwasher has to wash another dish". Really? The dish was about 1 1/2" high and about 2" in diameter. I could understand a charge if I had requested EXTRA horseradish, but not for something that was already included in the price of the sandwich. Yes, 50 cents is a small amount, but this is not the way to endear customers to your business. Be aware of extra charges for ANY changes in your order. Waitress still got a 20% tip! read more

Just finished a 9 day stay at the RV Park. They were very accommodating as we had only booked for a week, but ended up staying longer. The camp host was very friendly, and answered questions about the camp, restaurant and surrounding area. Nice grassy pull throughs with gravel pads. Perfect for our 40ft rig. read more
