On February 26, I pulled out a credit card to pay for a bottle of wine and when I discovered the price was higher for credit, I paid cash. I did not realize the card had been close enough for a tap and I was charged twice for the bottle of wine (cash and credit). I want a credit for the amount charged! I have called the store once to get email information and emailed twice with documentation. SILENCE. The credit card company cannot open a claim because the amounts differ. Buyer beware! I'm in love with the idea of a drive thru liquor store because I'm a typical lazy American, but come on that's pretty awesome! As usual I only hit the vodka section so I can only speak for that particular selection and pricing. I had browsed before dinner but didn't want to carry it around so I knew what I wanted my cheap smooth luksusowa Polish vodka. Like everything else, not quite so cheap in this store unfortunately. Due to the fun combo of this being a rich ppl town and lack of competition, most things were nearly $10 higher than Vegas prices. But after a night in Utah, I was happy to pay it. It was a quick and easy transaction using the drive thru. The guy was nice and when I asked if it was an Arizona thing, he said no they were just grandfathered in w their permit. Stopped into this place after visiting the Hideaway for lunch. The location is pretty convenient, the folks inside were nice enough, the store seemed to have a pretty decent selection of liquor, but I could not get over the prices. All stores mark their prices up in order to make a profit. I get it. However, their mark-ups were all at least 50% higher than normal for EVERY single item I looked at. Many of them around 100% higher. I get it is a tourist town, but this is highway robbery at its finest. I proceeded to go to Safeway a couple of miles up the road and got everything I wanted (3 items) at fair value, and saved myself about $85 during the process. If being subject to unarmed robbery is your thing, by all means give this place your business. If it isn't, head to the Safeway for superior value and better selection. read more

Hahahaha.... drive through liquor. I honestly have always thought there was something a little off about being able to get liquor without leaving the safety and comfort of your vehicle. It just seems a little backwards to me. But hey, convenience, right? I didn't drive through this store, instead I walked in. And found a decent selection of liquors served up with a smile. The cigar selection here is pretty dismal at the moment, but they have a nice humidor and the friendly dude behind the counter insisted that they'll be getting a decent selection in soon. Otherwise, this is a solid stop for booze and a limited variety of tobacco products. read more

Soil your chakra. Conveniently located at the intersection of 179 and 89A. They have a wide selection of tequilas and whiskys. Their wine prices are reasonable, although the selection is limited. The service is friendly and knowledgeable. They are open late on Sundays. read more

If I am to put this establishment in perspective, then they absolutely score an A-OK. They have a fairly decent selection of hard liquors and of course there is a drive up window, which coming from California can most certianly make you feel naughty; but it is completely legit. The prices are pricey. Keep in mind that goes for pretty much everything in the area; you are in Sedona and it is by all means beautiful but a tourist trap. They have a small case of a few cigars. Nothing to go out of your way for, but if you are hard up, you can find at least something. read more

Cool novelty bottles of liquor and great selection. Well kept store with a shared private parking lot and pleasant staff. The cashier even offered us plastic cups! Would definitely recommend since the prices seemed fair for the location and it was a convenient run for us from our hotel. read more

The selection is quite poor and the prices are well above what is reasonable. If you need some good wine in Sedona, visit Safeway. They definitely have the best selection in Sedona and their prices are very reasonable, especially if you buy 6 bottles (addl 10% rebate)...vinos: go for it!! read more

FERNANDO is absolutely incredible!!!!! I live in Chicago and my husband and his mother were arriving in AZ about 2 hours before I called Sedona Liquors. I called the hotel first to see if I could send a bottle of champagne up to their room before their arrival, however the hotel front desk was completely useless. Fernando went over to their champagne section and read me what they had and their prices... I picked Veuve for $69, Fernando took my cc info and said he would deliver to the hotel by 4pm! AMAZING! I don't think they normally do deliveries, but he went out of his way to accommodate me and I'm a completely satisfied customer. It was clear to me that Fernando goes above and beyond for his customers and Sedona Liquors is lucky to have him.
