I was then told I would have to return for my physical after I did my testing and bloodwork which I also did. When I returned I had my physical paid a copay and all seemed well. The following year I went back for my physical and again had a copay which I paid that day. I went for testing bloodwork etc... then About a month ago I received a bill. I was confused on what I owed so I called the number on the bill multiple times and never received a call back I also called the office and they took messages for billing. Finally I received a call stating that I was paying for something from almost a year ago! I don't remember any outstanding bills being mentioned when I visited before?!? I have decided to move myself to a place that doesn't have an extra fee to establish and then has a mixed up billing system run by people who won't communicate. I have excellent insurance and have always paid my bills on time. The practice seems ok, nothing special but the billing system is very concerning as well as the extra fee. I didn't see that I received any type of special service that warranted an extra fee.

I was in a lot of pain and he was able to make me feel slightly better after the first adjustment. Unfortunately, his office is inconsistent in their treatment and in the billing. After being quoted some prices, then charged different prices, and also having my 20 minute treatments cut to 2 minutes for the same cost, I decided to look elsewhere. I was not confident in this office anymore. After 4 or 5 treatments, I did not feel much better either. I have since gone to a different place, and in ONE adjustment, I was 80% better. Today after my 3rd adjustment, I feel back to 100% normal again. What a relief! And it took A WEEK, not months.
