Despite being the only client there, the service felt rushed and overly aggressive, leaving me with redness, raised welts around my brows, and one eyebrow shape noticeably changed despite requesting only a simple cleanup. I came in with natural brows I was happy with and left with two uneven shapes that will now take months to grow out and correct. First of all, Kelley is a fantastic, beautiful, down to earth woman and I am so #blessed that getting my lashes done has sparked a friendship and someone I can confide in! Second, the quality of her work is outstanding. Everyone ALWAYS compliments me on my lashes. She does a wonderful job switching up the style to see what you like most and what works best with your face structure.
