Both of the boys refused to eat for the first day and the staff went above and beyond adding broth and then wet food to their bowls until they couldn't resist. Matted Cat I just returned home with my 15 year old cat Miss Timmy. We are both ecstatic. Timmy had become matted on her hind quarters over the past year and refuses to let me brush back there. While searching the internet for solutions I came upon See Spot Run on 21 and was amazed to see cat grooming services. ( I never knew such a thing existed). I was very apprehensive as I want nothing to do with hurting my little girl but I called for an appointment. Well, due to a cancellation we were able to get in 2 days later. Upon arriving we were greeted in the parking lot (Covid precautions?) by Amanda who said that Stephanie would be performing the grooming and will be right out to explain the process. After speaking to Amanda and Stephanie my apprehension turned to confidence. As I stated earlier we are home now and ecstatic! This is our favorite place. All the girls are very friendly. They give a full report after your stay. Reasonable rates. And they play with your dog a couple times per day with potty breaks. No interaction with other dogs so no risk of dealing with bites or diseases when they get home! No horrible gravel either to hurt their paws. read more

Josie and I have been going to SEE SPOT RUN ON 21, since September 2010. Josie was only 3 months old. I absolutely love the care she receives there. The staff treat Josie as if one of their own, and are friendly and courteous to me. Josie receives tons more exercise than I could ever provide. She naps in the car, before we get home! I love getting the weekly report card, and seeing the daycare pictures on Facebook. I have taken four classes there. The teachers are people Josie and I know from attending daycare, which puts me at ease! It is convenient to offer grooming services. Josie looks like a princess when I pick her up. The "sleep-overs" oops! boarding services are great. I wouldn't trust her with anyone else. SEE SPOT RUN ON 21 is as clean as a vets office. It's usually calm and quiet when you pick her pet up. My dog and I love See Spot Run on 21 in Omro, Wisconsin!!! She seems to know when it's Wednesday every week (her daycare day) and starts getting excited soon after we feed her in the morning! The staff are always very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about dogs. They have a good human to dog supervision ratio and take the time to have an evaluation session for new dogs in daycare. Their training classes are great, and I never worry about our dog when we have to board her there; she always comes out happy and relaxed. We love the post-daycare or boarding report cards too! We have been taking our Maltese here since she was just a puppy, starting with her obedience training, and she's now 2 1/2 years old. Everything, from the training, boarding, and grooming is fantastic! The staff is very attentive, and we feel, really knows our dog's individual personality. She's always so tired after even a half day of daycare that we know she's enjoyed herself. And we really like the picture and "report card" they give us when we pick her up so we get a little snapshot of what her day was like! Everyone is always friendly from the time we call to make an appointment to when we pick her up.
