Last month, I stopped by Casey's Classic Cuts for the 1st time. To say I had a great experience,…read morewould be a vast understatement. I set out seeking help for a hair catastrophe that needed a dire fix! (haha long story). Upon arrival, I was met with the salon owner, Casey. I gave her a quick run down of my predicament & she was able to fit me in. Despite feeling a bit stressed & defeated, her warmth, kindness & understanding put me at ease. Considering the shape of my hair, I wasn't sure I'd have even a decent outcome. However, as I told her, she was an absolute god send! Not only did she salvage majority of my locks, but it turned out beautiful! The final result was way better than expected & I was incredibly thrilled & relieved. I am beyond appreciative of her phenomenal skills & humility. She didn't have to, but Casey went the extra mile & surpassed it. Not only are her 'cuts' classic, but so is she. The entire salon gave off a wholesome & professional atmosphere. Definitely a class act establishment in my book. Booked appointment for 2 pedicures, it was at the end of the day 5:30. They are opened till 7:30…read more Arrived on time, waited 15 minutes, then got sat in chairs not next to each other. Once, the non-English tech started, she didn't say a word to me, she pulled and pushed my feet where she wanted them to be. She then took a scraper and was scraping the bottom of my feet. She hurt me, so I pulled my foot back, she slapped my leg as if I was a bad child. She acted as if she didn't want to be there. She painted my toes and promptly left. Once she left another women took my sandals and opened them up undoing all the ties and straps, without saying a word, when I ask what she was doing, the owner came over and stated that they needed to do that, so the polish didn't get marked. I have spent hours adjusting the straps to these sandals, which was undone without my permission. They made us feel as if we holding them up from going home. It was 6:30. Don't go to this place if you want a relaxing pedicure.

Also, I had a man doing my nails, and he did not know what he was doing. For example, he started off by putting stickers around my and then just dragging acrylic all the way down the stickers. Then, my nail was about 2 inches thick and after he finished the French tip part which wasn't even a French tip. It was just a line across my nails. After that, some other lady came over and had to drill it and redo the whole entire thing and I had plans that I was late for. I also on that day went with my friend, and her nails were bleeding in six different spots. I overall would not recommend but I would say that they gave us a good gift after of a little panda that had a light.

They cancel appointments at the last minute, switch times without telling you, have very limited hours. The employees always complain about the other employees. The parking is a problem, and if you park closer to another store in the small lot, the other store puts a sticker on your car. This is just a place to stay away from. When I posted a negative review about this place on another site, the owner, instead of trying to improve service, posted a response saying the negative review was harassment. It is small - there are four chairs. I really like this aspect of it, since I have gone to private salons in the past. Casey always listens, asks questions, and explains everything. I feel completely comfortable and trusting of anything she does - she's talented and so very personable. I have made a big color change to my hair, and looking forward to making more changes as I get inspired, and happy to have it all done here.

The spa pedi includes a 20 minute reflexology option that I always enjoy. The gel mani included a quick shoulder massage and a paraffin hand treatment. It's a little pricier than other places but the extras are worth it. Great customer service and a modern playlist make this a really nice experience.
