We had rust issues starting a year after the installation and they say that is not their problem. Price was right so we moved forward. Mario contacted me about taking down old awnings to redo. Guys were here exactly as scheduled and very polite and professional. Job was done quickly and they accommodated an earlier install because I was hosting a wedding at my house. No problem. They worked with me and got the job done. Mario and his crew are amazing. When you think customer service is dead in this country, along comes a company like AAA who exceeds expectations and does it with a smile. Highly, highly recommend these folks. He finished them Jan. 5. During this waiting time, I was told many lies from each of them, covering both their incompetence and each other's lies. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience of wasting my entire afternoon waiting for him or anything.
