Where do I even begin? The team was super helpful and I'm very grateful. I got into an accident on the 14th and was devastated about having to lose my car for a short period of time. I dropped my car off on the 21st and I was told my car would be ready on the 3rd of August but they called me on the 29th telling me the car was ready for pick up. I picked up my car the morning of the 30th. Veronica was super helpful in answering my questions and responding back to me in a timely manner. Louis was so kind as well in answering my questions. The team covered a lot of things for free which we are very grateful for. For example, we had a scratch at the front passenger side bumper and they fixed that. Double check their work before you leave! In January my vehicle was repaired here, and upon leaving Seidner's, I believed the work had been completed and my vehicle restored to original condition. However, since day one of getting my vehicle back, I noticed the Fender Liner was not properly attached, alongside the bumper. Returning within the week, I was brushed off of this concern, and that if it really bugged me to "Come back". Assuming it was a cosmetic issue, I did not return. Within a few months, the fender liner became detached and began dragging, and as of a few weeks before this review, it completely tore off. Upon requesting warranty and workmanship repair, I was denied and accused not only by the insurance but by the very shop that promises "quality" repairs. Despite my massive amount of evidence, and counter arguments with clear evidence, Vou one of the advisors here had done nothing but instigate, utilize his ego, and argue that I was at fault despite my evidence. If you ever go here, or think about going here, please double check their work and take photos. I am currently and actively perusing legal action against this location and the insurance company, and will proceed with a lawsuit through Small Claims Court. Where do I start? Seidners had fixed my other Honda Accord through the Honda dealer back in 2024. So after this accident happened I knew where I would take my car. Nothing but satisfaction from this body shop. My experience went as followed below: Dropped my car off on 2/23/26 Date of loss was on 2/22/26. Car was complete 3/5/26 Veronica who works at the front desk helped me get everything in order on the phone before I dropped my car off. I dealt with Veronica,Luis,Vu,Albert & Pedro. All 5 of them were nothing but phenomenal to me awesome customer service. 1. Veronica- She is nice sweet and knows what she is talking about. Goes over your paperwork explains well. Awesome for a woman to know soo much about cars. 2. Luis- (Pre check in) Walked me to my car to go over and look at the damages and gave me a round about time it would be complete. 3.Vu- (Estimator) He was in charge of my car the whole time. Sent me text ok updates and how things were going. Made sure I got my OEM parts from Honda and not aftermarket. 4.Albert- (Body Work) Put it back together and eased and waxed my baby twice second wash was today. 5. Pedro (Manager) He reassured me that my car would be back to new just like Vu & they were right. If you ever need any body work don't go anywhere else. I recommend Seidners (West Covina) to anyone. Came in to get an estimate on my 2017 Honda Civic. Insurance through AAA. Everyone here is super friendly, professional, and has time to answer all of your questions. To my surprise, Louis checked out my car and said he probably could repair it for less than a deductible. Ms. Gomez in the front office was super helpful, I completed all my paperwork in a timely manner. She explained everything to me and helped me understand what I was signing. Also, I was shuttled home by a very professional employee there at the shop. Within two business days, I was contacted again and told my car was ready. Turns out the value that I paid for what happened was amazing. I was able to cancel my claim and not risk insurance going up as this was a no fault accident. Someone backed into my vehicle and with insurance rising as it is, I didn't really want something that was not my responsibility on my insurance. I was involved in an accident where a driver ran a stop sign and hit me in my new Lexus. I took my car in for an estimate and asked to speak to the General Manager who made himself available to me. I had questions as to weather they could make it like new or I was going to have it fixed and trade it in for a new one. He assured me that it would be like new so I had them do the repairs. When I went to pick it up, it looked brand new but I wanted to make sure it drove properly and it was fine. I kept the car and am so grateful to Pedro Duanes, the General Manager. The folks here are great! I brought my Land Cruiser here to take care of a scrape on my door. While I was waiting for the estimate, a tech actually buffed/rubbed out, did some magic, and basically fixed the scrape for me. The paint/repair would have been around $2k, but they were able get my truck looking new again and wouldn't take any money for it. If you're wondering if the folks here are good people or do good work to take care of your car, I say yes to both. I came to this place for repairs to my paint job. This was orchestrated via my dealership as this was part of a paint recall so I can't speak to the pricing with my experience here. Lester was the name of my representative and he was great to work with. He inspected every inch of my car for issues in his report and made sure to have it all detailed down. I delivered my car to them on Monday and thankfully they were able to get my car back to me by about Saturday. And to be honest my car came back to me in better shape then when I gave it to them besides some smaller issues I noticed. They basically fixed all the paint defects on my car, but I did notice a small impression on the side where they worked on the hood of my car. There also was some weird markings on the fin on my hood of the car. And there were some misplaced bolts when putting back in my tail lights. I think one of my larger issues was that they didn't clean out the car well after redoing the paint job. There were lots of paint chips all over the car and dust on the seats and one dirty hand impression on the inside roof of the car. As a disclaimer I believe this place would have no issue in fixing these issues if I spoke to them. However as I went through the dealership to get this fixed I mentioned it to them directly and of course they did not follow up. But to be honest I wouldn't want to be another week without my car at this time any ways. Overall I am pleased with how my car turned out. read more

Having someone crash into and damage your car, then having to deal with an insurance company is an ordeal in itself. Fortunately, getting your car looking great again doesn't have to be.
