Very clean environment, clean showroom and pretty large. It's not a traditional walk up like dealership, its more of an Exclusive Warehouse, private showroom set-up. Nik the sales person who was assisting me was super laid back and chill, very easy to work with and I felt very comfortable which overall is most important. Ask for Nik, he will not disappoint! I would highly recommend you come here and give them a try. I should have came here first, it would have been the only place I visited. They also brought another car down from Temple Hills for me to view, that's customer service! Charlie in the phone department followed up with me asap from my online lead and got me in the door. Once I arrived, the team upfront were all friendly and very helpful. Go ahead and go in already! You will find what you need ;-).

They have a huge selection, I personally was pretty particular with having lower mileage usage and a lower cost. Customer service was friendly, it has to be. The draw backs were that I came in with a budget that I specifically asked for, and left with a car at double the value of that budget. I was told I had to buy the gap insurance for the car along with add ons because it was required of the loan and the lenders required it. That was not true, when I reached out to the lender to confirm my loan they asked a line of questions, and through their questions they had informed me that I did not have to buy any insurance. I texted & called the Salesman that gave me his contact info for concerns addressing the issue, but heard nothing back so I returned to this location and worked with the General Manager that helped me with removing the add on insurances. If you buy a car from this location add roughly $1000+ to your costs. They add a Ceramic Coating to the vehicle your purchase and they also add a tracking device with a subscription you can't opt out of for 2 years. I expressed to the General Manager that if they use these add ons to maintain their vehicles the customer shouldn't have to pay for them in the end and should have the option to opt out. They had shared due to the theft of cars and to best maintain their cars they must have these tools. My biggest issues with my visit is the lack of transparency; I found out a lot of important information AFTER I ran my credit that may have impacted my decision making if I was informed prior. Lack of communication, what's the point of offering your business card if you don't respond to a call or text at all, when I returned to the location a few days later I saw the same sales men so it was awkward. Misleading information; being told I absolutely had to have their insurance when I didn't, I came back multiple times to resolve this issue to have it all removed, if there was more transparency I may have opted into getting the insurance but my experience felt too shady to trust the sales men. The return policy was something they weren't clear about you MIGHT be able to return the car you may not be able to. You MIGHT be able to exchange the car just ensure you bring back the car with less than 500 miles added & within 7 days. Your down payment MIGHT be turned into a store credit that will be there once you're ready to buy. When I've purchased at CarMax they give you a month, and you can add 1500 miles, if you don't like the car you can just return it; there needs to be more flexibility around this return period.

He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. The trade-in process was straightforward, and he helped us find the perfect vehicle that fit our needs. His communication and customer service were outstanding throughout the entire experience. He took the time to inspect every tiny detail on my purchase and addressed some imperfections & paint chips to the GM. The GM, Cena, was extremely friendly and kind, and addressed all of the chipped spots and agreed to have the parts repainted and restored for us as a courtesy! If you're looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience, we highly recommend working with Ali. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the level of service we received!

In less than two months, I started noticing the steering wheel vibrating when I was driving at high speed on the highway. I took it to a mechanic, and he told me that the tires were cupping. I called Carmax customer service, and we set up an appointment. I showed up at the place right on time. The guy in the customer service department couldn't find my name in the appointment list. Later, I learned that they've set the appointment at the wrong location. I tried to set a second appointment, but the guy behind the desk told me that there would be a fee charged for the diagnosis. I told him that this seems like an inspection issue, because the cupping tire issue is not something that could happen in a period of two months. But the guy behind the desk seemed completely unconcerned and didn't even bother to listen. I could tell he was clearly trying to get rid of me so he could go back to his things. My car is less than one year old, and I have only driven it for two months, and I am already spending money on it.

Only bad review I have ever left. Horrific experience, truly…read morethe worst company I have ever done business with. The car I purchased had an issue during the test drive, which they "fixed" within a couple of hours. I was assured everything was perfectly fine and that there were no remaining problems. They then told me they would provide a warranty and framed it as they were doing me a favor to give me "peace of mind" Within 24 hours of ownership, the car required major repairs, including a new oil pan, breather valve, and coil packs, totaling over $2,000. To make matters worse, the warranty I was promised did not cover any of these issues due to the fact that we couldn't "prove" the oil pan was leaking mind you we sent them a picture of the pan with a massive crack in it and oil dumping out of the car. Since then, the dealership has been extremely unhelpful and nearly impossible to get in contact with. The lack of accountability and support is nothing short of disgusting, dishonest, and nefarious. Just to add insult, they have repeatedly texted my personal number to attempt to sell me a car. I have asked them to stop on multiple occasions and even told them exactly who I am. Just another example of putting it nicely, poor business practices. I will NEVER be returning and I hope no one else buys from them either. It would be in the worlds best interest if they closed shop.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at AutoNation Honda Dulles…read more I brought my odyssey vehicle in for engine-related service (replace alternator and Spool Valve). The repair was completed, but immediately after pickup my car started showing a "tailgate open" warning with continuous alerts while driving. This issue did not exist before the service. During pickup, there were additional problems: * My car keys was misplaced for about 30 minutes * The service advisor had already left with no proper handoff * My invoice contained an incorrect and unknown customer name When I reported the post-service issue, I was told it was "not their responsibility," even though it began immediately after their work--right when I started the engine to leave the dealership. I believe this is a basic check that should have been verified by Service team after the repair. Additionally, my car was in their possession for four days. Because of this issue, I had to tape the tailgate shut just to drive the car safely and endure the constant warning sound for 140 miles back home, even with the nonstop alerts the entire time. They also performed a multipoint inspection and said everything looks good, but they couldn't see the tailgate-open warning on the dashboard or the accompanying alert sound. I live about 140 miles away, so returning for repeated visits is not practical without proper diagnosis and accountability. Overall, the experience reflects poor communication, lack of quality control, and weak post-service support.

I was charged extra also because they had to work a little harder to get the lug nuts off. 2. After getting service, the vehicle ride is almost identical to what is was before. No mention of anything to me regarding what they did or did not do. I had to rush out due to another engagement I had to get to. 3. I have D rated tires and after consulting BF Goodrich, I set the tires to 52 psi all the way around. They inflated my tires to the pressure noted on the car door plaque for E rated tires (60 psi front and 75psi rear)- pressures read 60 left front, 63 right front, 70 left rear and 75 right rear. 4. Lastly, the inspection report they do for free noted the tire pressure on both the fronts was 60 before and after, and 75 before and after, which is not correct based on what I brought in and what I noted while driving away. Everything else was checked green. Makes me wonder if an inspection was really performed. All that said, Ean and the rest who were working the service desk were very polite. I'm not sure what service was done, and had it been done correctly, I would have noticed a difference - value wasn't worth the result.
