    went there twice just to waste my time. they did not tell me or tired giving all the info as i needed until the end. both times i went- ( i asked like 4 times for the apr never got it. i had to wait and waste my time... again lol. i didnt get the Apr until 30 min of me waiting. i got really high aprs just to drop it lower and lower when i said no. GM is very rude if he doesnt get what he wants... very childish haha this is coming from some one who is younger then him. after trying to get more down payment from me and kept explaining the same thing after i told the GM. i understand and no need to explain. i said that if it doesnt work just ill go. then kept explaining things all over again after i understood just took longer. then the GM prodly says i will not waste my time or the banks. mind this i waited wait for 4 hours respectfully lol. he wasted his time.. and mines...also the banks. emotional men people work here you can see it. then i came back again the next day because they dropped payment but wouldnt not tell me the apr. i waited again and they told me to pay for the insurance. (which i didnt because i wanted to get the car) i told then nah i need to find out what i am getting into before that. i asked many times again. (about 5 times) to the rude GM and angry Owner. once i waited about 20 minutes or more. the bold guy came up to me and then finally we went over the number with the apr he gave me some BS about to how to refinance to my bank once i hit 12 months to have a lower payment. ( you can go to the bank and get it for a better deal and apr since they have your money flow) People please don't listen when they say those things about refinanced through the bank that will screw you up and make them make more money. they will do anything for a sale. they also work with the banks and thats how they both get money. don't be stupid and take your time dont rush it leave it if need. you are the customer you should feel good and satisfie. mind this i would have paid 4 k for the car in one year and paid interest 6,000. after i figured everything out with someone. i said no right after, the owner the bold guy. he got mad because i turned down the deal. these people are such a lie... when he was trying to give me a apr of 22.49. then dropes it to 19% such a waste. they try saying i wont get a better deal anywhere..... i got a better deal of 7.9 Apr and thats where exactly i took my money. Dont waste your time there and be careful you can see and feel everything. they are using you and not your friend. the smiles and eyes can show you where the devil hides. There's no need for me to call--I already explained. From now on, I won't be sending anyone there or buying from that dealer. I prefer working with people respectfully, not being pushed, criticized, or asked personal questions, like the bold guy did about copay. You could've accepted my "no." I value respect and open-mindedness, and this experience was a waste of my time. Thank you for the lesson.

    Fantastic transaction with a professional staff and sales people. Plenty of followup, great communication by my salesman Dre and support staff. Very good dealer and experience. 5 stars all the way!!! VA to NJ and the car was perfect.

Yes, there can be a wait at times, and it can be frustrating but they do their best. And that's to be expected at a busy shop and the quality of the service makes it worth it. I especially wanted to recognize two employees who truly stood out during my most recent visit. Jose, who performed my brake fluid service and cabin air filter replacement. He was very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He answered my questions, explained everything well and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I also want to recognize Samantha at the front counter. She was awesome, great personality welcoming, and kind to every customer who walked through the door. What impressed me the most was watching her go out of her way to speak Spanish with several Hispanic customers, even though Spanish is not her first language. She didn't have to do that, but she is teaching herself Spanish so she can better serve others. To me, that speaks volumes about her commitment to excellent customer service. Both Jose and Samantha worked incredibly hard during my visit and made the experience a positive one. Employees like them deserve recognition because they represent outstanding customer service.

    Honestly don't know how this place functions on Lola's days off. She is the backbone of this…read morelocation and the only reason I continue to come. The men here would be hopeless without her. The car service I receive is always hit or miss. Lola, always gives me phenomenal customer service and makes sure everything is correct or fixed before I leave. I also like the convenience of the firestone account for making payments. I frequent this location for oil changes and other minor problems. I'm usually in and out in under an hour, but occasionally I'll get stuck here for 3-4 hours at a time, even though I've scheduled an appointment. I DREAD the day that Lola realizes she could be the CEO of this company and leaves this location.

I used to work with mechanics and it takes 15-20 with an average mechanic. Tristan the manager even told me "we aren't busy, it shouldn't take long." I sat at a nearby Chick-fil-A for two hours? Returned at 1:55pm to see my car sitting in the same place I left it. Asked if it had been touched and Tristan said "no, we got busy after you left." He clearly made the decision to help those who came in after me. That was his choice. If they were busy before I dropped my car off, I would've been more understanding, just disappointed since I made an appointment the day before. Travis obviously is playing favorites with his customers though. The only solution he gave me was wait another 2 hours or book another appointment for another day... I'd say terrible service and customer service but they wouldn't even give me any service. I would avoid this shop at all costs. They're untrustworthy. If you cannot trust someone to preform a service you reserved and paid for, why would you ever trust them with (probably) your 1st or 2nd biggest asset? I work in the auto industry and used to own a business, this was what I told all my staff, "if they don't trust us, why would they trust us with their 1st or 2nd biggest asset?" Do yourself a favor and find a good mechanic, I know it's difficult, but don't risk ruining your investment by bringing it to those who do not care.
