Will never go back, This place is complete garbage From the promoters to the security. They overcharged my card and when I got my card back I informed the bottle girl and she walks away. I went to security to rectify the situation I was having with other females in the club to get it settled. One guy was willing to help so I was waiting. My friends and I went to the day time pool party on 04/02. Says it starts at 1pm so we got there at 2:30pm....They weren't even done setting up (strike 1) We walked in at 3:15pm. They set us up at the wrong section (strike 2). Said they were giving free mimosas GLASSES WERE NOT CHILLED had to chase people to get refills. Strike 3) Ordered hookah they sucked so we had to get new ones (strike 4) We starved ourselves so we can eat at Sekai.... Kitchen wAs closed and did not open til 4:30pm (strike 5) Only had 3 items on the menu... can't complain food was good. The bouncers are constantly pushing and shoving us and letting other people who were behind us skip in front of us. There is no protocol in this building at all and no one here knows what they are doing in terms of organization and coordination. Here is a picture of the bouncer that shoved half of our group to the ground. We've only been standing in front of the door to the main area for an hour without getting in. No big deal. I was invited to a brunch and pool party here on a Saturday and let me tell you... IT WAS LIT! This is not one of those I'm too cute for the water pool parties. Everybody got in the pool and had on pool attire. Great hookah and bottle service. Sections start off at $200. Trust me... you wanna book one. The Saturday Brunch and pool party is from 12-8pm. Then the standard clubs hours go until 2am with a more strict dress code for the night. If you like to party this is definitely a Saturday day party spot. read more

This place sucks. My partner and I went to Sekai to see Gryffin perform on Feb 25. We did not enjoy the experience at all. You pay $50+fees to wait in lines see an artist perform. One line is at the entrance to the club. The second line is at the dance floor. If you don't pay for bottle service and you're not lucky enough to arrive before they close the doors to the dance floor, you end up waiting in line in the empty pool area. We were fortunate to arrive before they closed the doors to the dance floor, around 11:30. Gryffin came on around midnight. Thirty minutes into the set we had to use the bathroom. As we approached the edge of the roped off dance floor, we were told that if we left, we would net be able to return. After using the bathroom, there we had three choices: continue to listen to Gryffin through the speakers while dancing at the empty pool area, wait in line to maybe get back onto the dance floor, leave. We decided to leave and went down the street to Bauhaus. We'll most likely never return. It's not worth the hype and spectacle. read more

I paid my deposit for Sekai on July 21st to one of their bottle girls. I did not receive any kind of confirmation email. I called the actual number of the business and spoke to the manager and was told that they were no longer doing the Pool Party on Sunday. I was NEVER given any updates or told that the establishment was shut down. I asked for my deposit back and was told to contact the bottle girl. The bottle girl stated that they were not aware of any refund procedures. It is over a month later and I still have not received my deposit back. They are promoting parties at other venues but are refusing to acknowledge the fact that they were accepting money for a deposit to an establishment that is shut down . read more

Hmmm, Where do I begin this place is a mess! First, after booking bottle service weeks in advance I show up to the pool party and they made us wait in the back of the general admission line in 95 degree Texas heat for more than an hour. They advertise doors open at 2pm but they did not start letting people in until close to 4pm because they didn't want to let a bunch of girls that were on their guest list in for free so we all had to suffer. They did not separate the line into general admission vs. bottle service guests until close to 4pm but still did not let us in, they made us bake under the hot sun just a little longer until we were within an inch from passing out. The staff and security are rude as hell. They are not friendly and do not have an ounce of customer service skills. They are extremely unorganized and have Masters Degree's in unprofessionalism and "I Don't Give a Damn"! You would think after spending hundreds to thousands of dollars on reserving tables they would do more to make guests who spend money feel more welcome (but not Sekai, Lol). Just expect to be treated like a number. Oh, but it gets worse LMFAO. Once I got into the venue & was escorted to the table we reserved, after some time no bottle girl came over to our section. The disorganization continued inside the pool party to the point we had to chase a bottle girl down. That's when I found out a Sekai promoter scammed me out of my $400 deposit. The manger of Sekai said she saw what promotional group my deposit went to and she was on the phone calling them but she refused to give me bottle service as she said she could not confirm I made the payment, despite me showing her my proof of payment LMFAO. The section I booked was $750. This section was made of 3 hard metal high chairs, Lol. They said the section was for 5 people but it only had 3 chairs so where were the other 2 people supposed to sit? also their bottle service has hidden fees they don't mention until you get there. It was hot as hell inside the venue, there is absolutely no fans, no ventilation, no water-misters, no wind, Just HOT azz heat and air slapping you all in the face, LOL. oh and let me not forget NO WATER included with bottle service, you have to pay extra for that LMFAO! It is not worth what they charge, it has potential to be fun but their low budget operation will mess up your vibe the moment you arrive. You will likely be scammed out of money by one of their promoters especially if you're not a local. It's also impossible to talk to anyone from Sekai because they don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails and they don't answer text. I will not be back to Sekai due to their shady business practices and horrible way they treat their guests. If I could give zero stars I would. This place has been the worst first experience for me. We bought tickets and waited so long just to get in just to stay outside in the cold to see the experience . What a shit show. Most of all, we were waiting in line to get into the main area to see GRYFFIN, then suddenly the crowds in the back pushed us forward and the bounce or whoever tf he was , pushed me and my cousin to the ground really hard (cause we were near the door and people were pushing us forward") and he freaking attacked us .
