I explained that to them when I made the appointment and told them I will pay more for the extra work since she hasn't had hers done in a long time. When I arrived I was told they could not take us together , but we would have to go one at a time. I didn't want my 92 year old mom to have to wait for me, so I gave up my appointment and had hers done. This was a TERRIBLE experience! They did an awful job. It looks like she needs a pedicure! The whole time the pedicurists were rushing around as if they were in a hurry. All in all a totally unpleasant experience for something I wanted to treat my dear mother to. Shame on them! I chose them for their good reviews, so I wanted to add my own experience. I will post more photos after I finish these myself ! It was actually serendipity that I was 7 minutes late and opted not to get my own done. Has I seen my mom's before we left, I would not have paid.

They really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I got the spa pedicure, and it was fantastic. The massage chairs are brand new and have so many features--I didn't want to get up! They also offered complimentary drinks, which was a really nice touch and made the experience feel even more relaxing. I've been to several nail salons around Beaver County, and this was by far one of the nicest experiences I've had. The salon was clean, comfortable, and the staff made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.
