There are talented people in all trades, but once in awhile my wife and I run into someone who…read morereally cares about customers. Dan Lindsey is such a person. We started the day with a huge problem. Our septic tank was plugged up and water was running out of the shower floor and toilet. Plumbers mostly get calls from people who want them to come within an hour. Dan was recommended by two trusted source. When we called, he was driving to one of several emergency calls he had lined up for the day. Long story short, he wedged us into his schedule long enough to find the place where his vacuum service would connect...except that it was incorrectly installed and buried under 2-3 feet of dirt. He dug by hand, got the blockage opened and will be back in a week or so to do the vacuum and repair job. Between now and then, we have a working toilet, a shower and kitchen drains that operate "normally." He is a pro. Explained what he was doing and why. And, his price was very reasonable.
