    Got my Audi Q5 from them despite my husband and friends' warning that this looks to be a shady dealership. But I wanted the S line Prestige Audi and the price was reasonable. I got the Audi with a wear-and-tear warranty and paid additional $2k+. After 3 weeks of getting my Audi, the steering wheel pump started failing and I took it to a shop and I was told that my warranty does not cover wear and tear. I called the warranty company, and they did verify that it is not a wear and tear package. I told Mike Aryan, the agent who sold me my car and told him to settle this with the warranty company. He didn't do anything nor did he provide me with additional information. After a month, I didn't hear from my car loan provider so I decided to call them and was told that my name was incorrect in the documents submitted to them and that they cannot even create my account. I told Mike Aryan again and he blamed the credit union (car loan provider) for making the mistake. The credit union gave back the documents 2 weeks after my loan was approved (Spoiler alert: Mike Aryan made the mistake, not the credit union). Had I not called, my account had not been setup and I would have been liable for late payments. As usual, Mike Aryan denied any wrongdoing, as is expected of any good for nothing crook. I have attached the text transcripts, just see for yourself if this dealership is worth your time. In my opinion, go somewhere else. They're not worthy of your business. From the transcripts he said to call at 2PM but failed. When I told him that I expected that of him, he went ballistic and told me that he'll block me. Very professional, this one. Since the issues started, he never called to discuss anything nor follow-up, all were just promises to discuss in scheduled calls that NEVER HAPPENED. Worst customer service ever. Again, they're not worthy of your business. If ever you do need to deal with them, please verify everything they claim and always keep following up on what is needed from them. Spare yourself of the bad experience. These are the lies that we were told: Lie#1: My husband and i overheard about the steering wheel pump issue while he was talking on the phone with the mechanic that does the car checkup. He walked away out of our earshot and when he came back he said, "Your car is in good condition. Lie#2: He said that he'll give me an extra FOB key "out of his own pocket". The car initially had only 1. When I brought this up after buying the car, he kept changing the topic. Lie#3: He said to provide me with an emissions coupon (the car is 9yrs old). Mike Aryan never did. The DMV staff even told me, "Your dealership should have provided you with an emissions coupon". When I brought up all these, Mike Aryan blamed me for not taking responsibility and that he'll block me. Terrific response. I guess they'll say whatever they want to close a sale. I can never stress this enough, please avoid this dealership. Never give them business.

    BUYER BEWARE! If you buy a vehicle from this lot, you will spend DOUBLE getting it running. I know from experience.

We had an awesome buying experience thanks to Taylor. I found her through her Youtube RV walk thru videos and we found her to be incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. The best part is Taylor truly cared about finding the right fit and her sense of caring has continued on well past the sale. We're first time RV'ers so lots to learn but Taylor has been there with us every step of the way to ensure our questions have been answered. When I couldn't figure out how to make our hot water heater work, Bill H. was reachable on the first try over the phone and patiently walked me thru the process. When I couldn't complete a DIY suspension upgrade project and ended up not being able to remount the old rear bump spring, Billie got me in the next day to complete the job. Everyone at Transwest has made our first RV buying experience a very pleasurable one. We'll undoubtedly be a repeat customer when we look to upgrade from a Class C to A in a few years' time.

I pointed this out and they said they'd need it another day to complete it. Then they wanted to charge me $1200 to "repair" the abs light that was on. I read their repair order and it said the "abs light not on." But they charged me anyway . pretty disingenuous outfit
