We purchased a vehicle from them back in July of 2025. There description was a 3rd row Volvo XC90 which it was not. I do understand that we should've checked when test driving it but we believed the description and thought the third row was tucked as we were told the owner had borrowed it for a trip that weekend. When we purchased it not even a week later we went to lift the third row to find nothing there. You would think when they detail or whatever they would notice that and maybe correctly describe the vehicle. We did try to talk to them to see if they could possibly lower the price or take back but no luck, but they sure offered us less to buy it back a whole lot less. read more

They are dishonest! The car we were interested in was listed in our price range. Upon signing which was electronically , somehow it was listed for 2000 more than we were told. Upon bringing it to their attention we were told we were incorrect even though it is listed on the vehicle service contract that way. Got my Audi Q5 from them despite my husband and friends' warning that this looks to be a shady dealership. But I wanted the S line Prestige Audi and the price was reasonable. I got the Audi with a wear-and-tear warranty and paid additional $2k+. After 3 weeks of getting my Audi, the steering wheel pump started failing and I took it to a shop and I was told that my warranty does not cover wear and tear. I called the warranty company, and they did verify that it is not a wear and tear package. I told Mike Aryan, the agent who sold me my car and told him to settle this with the warranty company. He didn't do anything nor did he provide me with additional information. After a month, I didn't hear from my car loan provider so I decided to call them and was told that my name was incorrect in the documents submitted to them and that they cannot even create my account. I told Mike Aryan again and he blamed the credit union (car loan provider) for making the mistake. The credit union gave back the documents 2 weeks after my loan was approved (Spoiler alert: Mike Aryan made the mistake, not the credit union). Had I not called, my account had not been setup and I would have been liable for late payments. As usual, Mike Aryan denied any wrongdoing, as is expected of any good for nothing crook. I have attached the text transcripts, just see for yourself if this dealership is worth your time. In my opinion, go somewhere else. They're not worthy of your business. From the transcripts he said to call at 2PM but failed. When I told him that I expected that of him, he went ballistic and told me that he'll block me. Very professional, this one. Since the issues started, he never called to discuss anything nor follow-up, all were just promises to discuss in scheduled calls that NEVER HAPPENED. Worst customer service ever. Again, they're not worthy of your business. If ever you do need to deal with them, please verify everything they claim and always keep following up on what is needed from them. Spare yourself of the bad experience. These are the lies that we were told: Lie#1: My husband and i overheard about the steering wheel pump issue while he was talking on the phone with the mechanic that does the car checkup. He walked away out of our earshot and when he came back he said, "Your car is in good condition. Lie#2: He said that he'll give me an extra FOB key "out of his own pocket". The car initially had only 1. When I brought this up after buying the car, he kept changing the topic. Lie#3: He said to provide me with an emissions coupon (the car is 9yrs old). Mike Aryan never did. The DMV staff even told me, "Your dealership should have provided you with an emissions coupon". When I brought up all these, Mike Aryan blamed me for not taking responsibility and that he'll block me. Terrific response. I guess they'll say whatever they want to close a sale. My horn never worked once i took it off the lot, the sun visor for the driver seat fell off a few days after getting the car on top of me while driving. The AC didn't work nearly enough for summer, we saw there was no oil but that should have still be replaced. Oh also my windshield fluid pump doesn't work either. My transmission stoped working 3 months after and worst part of it all is that my breaks were on incorrectly. All lights were off until i drove it off the lot and after that they wanted nothing to do with me as a customer. Process was easy but so was their inspection of these cars. I just bought a Range Rover from here (Zac). A very disappointing experience, overall. Yes, they did, ultimately, replace the broken windshield (that they, Zac, hoped I wouldn't notice), but not with an equivalent product. The windshield they paid to replace it with did not have the original sound dampening feature, although they told me it had "the exact same features". The windshield installer informed me of the inferior after-market product, as he was finishing the install. He said he assumed I knew I was replacing it with an inferior/cheaper windshield. I don't even know where to begin. I'll try to keep this short. The process at first was very easy going but as soon as my finance and I took our cars out the lot, Everything went to shit. They sent us back paper work to resign and submit had to go back a couple times to sing paper work, the title of my car I sold them wasn't passed on easily, I could not get a hold of Jim (our dealer at the time) who as supposed to write me a check for two months payment( told me 3 but got back 2 months) had to speak to the manager about this. Jim gave me his "personal" number wrong twice!! my car needed an entire new valve body, it's a push start so the keys wouldnt ever work. Now with my finances car the axels are screeching even when he's not touching the break which probably means the drive shaft is fucked, his suspension out of wack, everything is not doing what it needs to. Buying the car was a very nice experience. Fast and easy. Later found out why it was so fast and easy. I've had problem after problem with my Nissan Rouge I bought from here. Be aware! They do not inspect the cars they sell you before they sell them. All my lights went out on car within a month of owning it. Two months later my alternator went out. 11 months after buying it my transmission completely failed because they didn't inspect it and the transmission was filled with the wrong transmission fluid. They refused every time to help with or fix any of these problems saying and I quote "you bought what you bought". Worst car buying experience I've ever had. So about a year ago I bought my 2013 535i x drive Msport from here and wrote a review promising to update, I can't find it but oh well. Bill was great to deal with from a buyers prospective and very friendly. All of my questions were addressed. 1 year later this car has been amazing. Aside from the spark plugs and a few oil changes it hasn't needed anything other than an upcoming ball joint replacement (I'm about to hit 95k miles so that is not unexpected). This car has gotten me back and forth to work efficiently and to Louisiana in more than a hurry when my grandfather passed away. I could not be happier with this car other than adding a backup camera but that isn't too expensive either. This place is great and I will be looking to them for my next garage addition. read more

I bought a 2013 Subaru Forester from Select Auto Group for $12k in March, 2019. Within days, the check engine light went on. I took it back to the dealership twice, where they tried to fix it. They were unable, and told me they couldn't do anything else for me. In May, I was on my way to a Subaru dealership to try to fix it, when it broke down. I had to have it towed. I was told it needed a new engine and it would cost $5-6k. After contacting the Auto Industry Division, Select Auto Group agreed to fix it. They fixed many things that were wrong with it, but told me I'd need to have the oil changed every 500 miles. I found out it takes high grade, expensive oil, and I'd need to change it every 2-3 mos. I decided to sell it, and found out I can only get 6-7k for it. I feel that Select Auto Group took advantage of me, an older, disabled woman, by selling me a known defective car, and refusing to give me my money back. After talking with Levi about the company and meeting a few other employees. We discussed some work that needed to be done, on the VW and they have made good on all the issues, as well as have given us top dollar for the trade in. Not only the light but we couldn't put fuel in the vehicle the safety bar was broken no one could fill it up unless you used a hose and stuck it in there.... How did the dealer fuel the car? Everything went down hill from there nothing but lies and distraction from the truth. The check engine light? Regeneration problem costing us another $3,000 not to mention the $1,200 to fix the fueling system, both errors had to be known? Our last contact with the dealer we were told to wait until 90 days and then turn into the warranty company! I purchased a truck from Select Auto Group in Feb. 2018. A couple of days after I bought the truck the weather got cold and both batteries died and needed to be replaced. The next week I had a flat tire only to find out that I had no jack or any of the tools needed to change a flat. this was a safety issue for me. Later on, I hooked up a trailer and tried to tow it up in the mountains. The truck couldn't haul it because of a defective intercooler and defective turbo activator. The Interstate XM service warranty would not cover either item. I'm still working on another issue with the injectors and the check engine light. This is your typical sleazy used car dealership. No integrity. No honesty. No concern for their customers. I purchased a Jeep from this dealership a little over a week ago. At the time of purchase, the Jeep seemed to be pretty clean-including the engine bay. I was told that their mechanic went over this vehicle and there were no issues to be worried about- I specifically asked this question. I put a little over 100 miles on it the first week that I had it and noticed that it was running a little hot. I looked under the hood and noticed that there was coolant sprayed all over the engine bay and dripping down onto the axle. This is most definitely something that their mechanic would have noticed while he was shining up the engine bay or performing his "inspection." I took the Jeep to a highly rated mechanic to go over it and when I got the report back, the vehicle needed $6,000 worth of repairs to operate safely on the road. The necessary repairs were: A new water pump, the rear differential needed rebuilt and the bearings replaced, new radiator hoses, new front shocks, new rear shocks, new steering linkage, new trac bar, 4 new tires, and all 4 wheels aligned. The tires and shocks were not a surprise as the tires are visible and it's a little older of a vehicle-I am fine with replacing these. When I contacted Bill, the salesman, who was very nice during the sales process, but he was no help. I asked him if they could at least pay for the parts to fix the mechanical issues (not including suspension or tires) which totaled $1,667 out of my $6,000 repair bill. He told me that I should have purchased a pre inspection for the vehicle, even though they have an on site mechanic that pre inspects their vehicles. I was told that there were no major issues to worry about. He said that he would ask the owner to see what they could do and the owner is refusing to pay for any of the repairs. This is not a new vehicle and obviously I do not expect it to be perfect, but $6,000 worth of necessary repairs is unacceptable. Do not expect any support from this dealership after they make the sale. They don't care about doing what is right. They told me since they gave me a discount from the asking price of the vehicle (I still paid over bluebook value), they couldn't help me out with any of the repair costs. Do yourself a favor and buy a vehicle somewhere else. It just isn't worth it to deal with these people. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. read more

We purchased a car from this dealership and drove it about 5 miles when ti started making a terrible sound. we immediately took it to our mechanic who said that the transmission was bad. I bought an Audi A6 from here 2 months ago and it has been the biggest headache. First, it started with engine codes popping up that they just cleared and did not fix when I took it back. A month later, I had an awful vibration in my car, turned out to be both of the motor mounts completely broken. I had a bad oil consumption problem and turned out to be bad PCV. After all the that, just a week ago my coolent line split and my battery is no good anymore, which will cost me another $500!
