Don't spend your money on a truck from these guys or parts! purchased a small GM filter for over $200 and it was defective I drove all the way back to Denver from Colorado Springs and bought a second one I took back the first one they did not give me back my money I had to drop money twice. The second one was defective. We filled out defective part paperwork to go to GM. They said GM would have to determine if it was defective and they would issue the refund. I've purchased a third one!;; I am out over $600 I did not get one Nickelback never received a call I haven't heard jack shit from GM or from DTI. Also be skeptical about their loans because they will give you a loan that you cannot pay off early. The fine print was a huge penalty for paying it off early. So instead of helping somebody when they have an issue with their truck they sell a piece of crap that they can't even pay off early. I purchased a 2016 Freightliner from these guys last year for $40,000 one and a half months later the engine blew up I never said nothing but I will never buy another truck from these guys again. They are quick to take the money. They won't refund you the money I didn't switch the parts I had brand new parts three times the same part. I'm all pissed off this morning because I found the third part in one in my drawers why would I make another Trek back 50 minutes each way to get nothing I wasted over 6 hours going to GM to get these parts from these guys and haven't heard boohoo from the parts department. We're a good company and don't like being taken advantage of it might not mean nothing to them but not standing behind their products and work is BS. What happened to the refund from gm? read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. We bought a Single Axle Dump Truck from DTI, or we thought it was. We paid $82K cash for the Rig. We had it shipped, so we never saw the truck first hand. Once we got the truck, the truck pulled to the right badly, actually the steering wheel snapped out of your hands and spun 180 when coming to a stop, so we had to have the Drums and Shoes changed immediately. Then we put our first load of materials in the bed, the truck almost tipped over. We only had 5 yards of fill in a 9 yard box. We then found the rear suspension couldn't handle the weight of the dump bed or materials you would haul. DTI Jury Rigged the the Exhaust System, we decided to try and haul materials again (5 yards of Gravel), the bed slammed into the Exhaust pipe throwing the exhaust tip into traffic almost hitting a woman and child. When you put half a load in the dump bed, the truck would sag over 12" inches, when unloading it jumped back up to normal. Bottom line this truck was Jury Rigged, we contacted DTI and got nothing more than excuses. We sold the truck at a huge discount after 1 month of owning it. We have given everything to our attorneys, we have attempted to go through the BBB to get this rectified, but they won't do anything we know this. We did this at the advise of our attorneys. I would Highly Recommend that anyone shop elsewhere for a Truck or Equipment. These guys are known for Jury Rigging the garbage they get in. You've been Warned! read more

I bought Hino 268 2013 with 130K mile on it for $42k. After 50k miles at 12 month using this truck, engine is blow up and you cant fix it right now. Called couple times sales person Drew to check if its something they can help, i am ok with paying for this. But he never get back ok call back. Don't recomend this place for anyone. Wouldn't recommend anyone to DTI for their parts needs! Couple months ago I called from Florida to purchase a HCU Pump that I found online. I called and talked to Micah and was assured they rebuild them and are ready to go. I paid $3,600 for it and they shipped it to me. Once here I hired a shop to install it and was called a couple days later to be told that the Pimp was bad and constantly blew fuses. I called DTI and they said they'd send me a new one. Week later still no pump. I call and told whoops we sent it to the wrong place so we're sending you another one. Week later the other one arrives and bring it to my shop and after days removing the other one and installing new one I am called to be told this one is bad as well and won't pump fluid threw one port. So now after paying shop to remove and install this pump three times I'm up to $2,800 in Labor bills so I call yet again to tell them this one's bad and am told they'd refund money but tell them they've costed me $2,800 in labor because their faulty pumps that they assured me were rebuilt and ready to go! I'm told sorry we don't refund Labor costs. I could see if it happened once and the next one worked fine. Ok, but twice!! They didn't rebuild these things. Their selling junk. I even reached out to the Owner of DTI Trucks Tony Douglas and told him everything that I went threw for months and was told "Well I'm not promising that I'm going to write you a check for all your labor. Which I said hey split it with me. He told me he'd talk to his people and get back with me. That was over a week ago and won't return any of my calls or voicemails. So you might want to consider not buying parts here unless you want to spend a lot of money for no reason! read more

Initially contacted them 2-25-21 about a truck they had. I'm in Dallas and told them right away I wanted the truck. I asked from the start if it had ANY issues and felt comfort in the fact that they're a service center as well. It took them 3.5 weeks to get the financing side done....we have excellent credit and had money to put down. I kept having to contact the dealership and the financing company on a daily basis to see what else was needed. 2 days would go by and then it would be a Friday and I not hear back from the lender until Monday for example. 3.5 weeks to do something that should've taken less than a week. I kept asking if it was safe to book my flight and was being told by the underwriters that a piece of paperwork was needed that in fact wasn't needed after spending 2 days before finally getting through to a manager. After all this I get to the dealership to pick the truck up, and told the salesman the alignment is way off and pulling to the right. He brushed it off. I told him the AC isn't working. He came outside and saw that it wasn't plowing cold and blamed it on the weather in Denver. After leaving the dealership with the truck I noticed a loud whistling sound when the overdrive is on. I took a video right away and let the salesman know. Had to take it in for transmission issues and to fix the alignment which cost me almost $600 bucks. I called to ask for the GM and Roman gets on the phone. Now no one will return a text. They got their sale and wipe their hands clean of you!!! I should've known with how terrible their follow up was not to buy from them. read more

They will condescend a first time buyer, refer you to predatory lenders. What do I mean? When I applied for the truck a company called "Providence capital" called me offered me a proposal for 49k on a 28k truck what a DEAL RIGHT? the deal fell threw (although providence cashed my deposit check I have still not been refunded on to date)and we wanted a refund of the deposit (separate deposit at the dealer) at which time the magic IN HOUSE FINANCE genie showed up and was able to secure a deal with my tractor as collateral (what a favor huh?) when it comes time to pickup they will tell you oh by the way the truck needs King pins a 2000 dollar job, they will also leave you hanging as a new business owner with a truck that doesn't start the next day. I told DAVID BIRDNO and he was like oh maybe it's your altitude...no it was the Glow plug relay busted. Ok no worries all good right? Wrong the next day I run a load of base to a customer and guess what the bed wont dump. I called them surely thinking THIS TIME they will do the right thing...WRONG!!! I recently purchased a truck from DTI trucks in Colorado I was very skeptical to buy something sight unseen over the internet I have been burned so many times before by other dealers. So I caught a flight down to Denver and met Brent in person he walked me around the truck showed me every single thing that I needed to know about it also showed me exactly how to properly operate the dump hoist and the high lift tailgate on this dump truck. I truly could not believe how perfect this truck was from fresh oil change to dot. Inspected full of fuel brand new wipers brand new Michelin tires all the way around this thing was ready to go to work immediately, and has for three mounths with no hiccups at all.The entire time I was in Colorado during this purchase I was thoroughly amazed at how nice his dealership was how well-mannered everybody that work there was and how clean of an operation they ran from his secretary to his shop foreman everybody was just incredibly Johnny on the spot totally there to help you and get you the truck of your dreams. Stay away! These guys, Roman and our salesman Tim Hurley, are very good at sales, very poor at customer service. Both vehicles we purchased from them needed major work done within a few thousand miles, and our mechanic said we "got taken", as they had basically used duct tape and bubble gum to make the vehicles work for a short period of time. I asked them to give us a price on taking back the truck we had to put a new Ford engine in, Tim never even replied to email. Scumbags! read more
