This was so easy! Jason our salesman was patient and professional. We were looking for the perfect first generation Bronco, I had asked Jason to send photos and videos to which he did promptly. He guided me through the process, explaining each step along the way. After we signed the documents, he explained the next part of the process was to refer over to Charlene to have it shipped to us. She was true to her word. This team was the perfect example of a problem free experience while providing world class customer service. Thank you for the new addition to the garage!

I was dealing with Greg Boynton, it was a pleasure working with him. I love the car that I got from him and the shipping procedures went really smooth. Greg went over and above and went out of his way to help me out to try to get the car.

I give 5 stars. Never bought a vehicle sight unseen before I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was dealing with Jason. He answered all questions and was knowelageable about the vehicle he sold me. An awsone 83 square body GMC. All the supporting staff are excellent at what they do also shout out to Charlene in shipping and Shannon in the the title and legal paperwork dept. These gals get it done. Within 7 days of money exchanged 1700 miles away I came home from wrk and the truck is in my driveway. With a UPS tracking number with my title and documents to follow. Could not ask to deal with more honest down to earth people. So if I get the urge for a vintage car to go with my truck WorldWideVintageAuto gets my first look and probably my only simply because I had a great smoothe easy business transaction. Job well done!

It was so hard to get infos and details out of them, and what they said was inconsistent. Very sketchy. Better to stay away.

My wife Mary and I actually drove…read moreall the way from Shreveport, Louisiana because of their reputation and knowledge of hybrid vehicles, and they absolutely exceeded every expectation we had. We brought in our beloved 2010 gold Prius, "Bethany," and they repaired the brake pump assembly and brake actuator, changed the oil, and replaced the cabin air filter -- all in the SAME DAY. Not only was the work completed quickly, but the total cost was roughly one-third of what Toyota dealership pricing would have been. From the very first phone call, Micky in the front office made the process absolutely incredible. Friendly, professional, honest, and genuinely caring -- the kind of person that instantly makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. You simply don't find customer service like that anymore. Yong, the mechanic, was equally outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer every question we had. You could immediately tell he truly understands hybrids and takes pride in his work. What really stood out was the atmosphere. Mary and I ended up staying around for about 30 minutes after everything was finished just chatting with everyone about cars, restaurants, and life. It felt more like visiting friends than dealing with a repair shop. If you own a Prius or hybrid vehicle, this is THE place to go in Denver. Honest people, incredible pricing, expert repairs, and genuinely kind human beings. Bethany is running beautifully again thanks to these folks. Worth every mile we drove from Louisiana. -- Scott

The interaction started poorly; before even having my information or running a credit check, Shad began making critical, judgmental assumptions about my credit score and openly talking down about my nephew's credit. When I stopped him to question his tone, he immediately got defensive and claimed he "didn't mean to offend me." It wasn't about being offended--it was about a basic lack of customer respect. Things grew worse when I noted the vehicle was priced significantly higher than its actual market value. When I asked why it was priced so high, Shad completely ignored the question. Instead, he used aggressive, cliché car salesman tactics, claiming he had "another appointment later for the same car" and telling me the vehicle had been "getting a lot of attention" to force a high-pressure situation. Later, when I directly asked him if his behavior was standard for him, his reaction was completely unhinged. He threw a pen onto the counter and defensively snapped that none of his coworkers thought he was disrespectful and that he has plenty of positive reviews. When I asked if he thought throwing a pen and reacting emotionally was professional, he literally said "yes," and that he "wasn't just going to take it." An experienced professional accepts critical feedback with grace. Shad reacted with a volatile, emotional outburst. If I were buying a car for myself, I would have walked out immediately. I will never return to this dealership and strongly advise others to shop elsewhere. I would never buy a vehicle from Shad or recommend this dealership to anyone.

Poor experience in overall service, communication and repairs…read more Service Manager was non-responsive when I brought the car back after paying $2k to fix the engine warning light. They had put in new fuel pump and fuel pump control module. The warning light came on repeatedly after I got it back (same day!. I brought it back and after looking at it again, they texted me it'd cost $2k to fix the same problem I reported the first time, this time by replacing the fan assembly. After I declined that repair (through the text # I'd been using with them), I couldn't get a response about getting my car back. This was 3:30 on a weekday. I called multiple numbers until someone finally told me my rep had to leave for a medical issue. When I went in to pick up the car, I told the dept service manager that I hoped the rep would be okay. He looked at me funny and told me he had a dental appt. So they made no arrangements to have any one cover his customers and answer their calls/texts and release their cars. This was the second time I brought a car there for repair and had to bring it back for another fix. Never again.
