Last week was my first ever time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership (insanity?! I've always…read morepurchased private party!) so we were a little hesitant on a dealer just because horror stories and whatnot run wild. But we worked with Justin to purchase our Subaru there and it could not have been a better experience. We felt no need to rush in looking at the car, we were feeling forced into anything or pushed to purchase, paperwork and all our questions was a smooth process as well. Justin let us just take our time, he didn't hover, and was so friendly and not pushy. We then discovered the seat won't move up and down so I texted him to ask about it, they said bring it on in, now the part is ordered and it's getting fixed free of cost. They have truly been fantastic in this entire process and I couldn't recommend them more.

He went to online to find a used truck to purchase from a local Ford dealer which we figured was reputable . We were extremely wrong . The truck while beautiful on the outside was sold to us with a rear axle seal failure . We have tried contacting the dealer who wants nothing to do with this since we bought it . Their servicing department will not return the calls of our local service agent who wants to try and figure out why the warranty is not covering it that they sold us. We are heartbroken . We thought we had found a reliable Ford dealer and come to find out from the reviews I have found since our purchased shows us that this is certainly not true . I think anybody who purchased vehicles from here which there have been several and have had terrible experiences should start a class action lawsuit ! I am absolutely tired of not having phone calls returned service people giving us the runaround . No one ever being able to pick up their phone and speak to you about an issue that you're having . Then they started to do a compression check but they said the engine seized. Our options were to put in a rebuilt engine for over $8K, junk or donate it. We took it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. The only thing that seized was the a/c unit. We now have our truck back and working fine for $1,600, Major error on 9th Street's part. Additionally, the work order to replace the a/c unit listed replacing the #1 spark plug and the ignition coil because they had been removed. I have all kinds of questions about why 9th Street did that.
