They're the worse. Racist people, don't let their fake smile fool you. They will play you for being a minority or person of color. Watch out!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will outsmart you if you let them. I don't recommend them, Beware of MacKenzie and his sale staff, he'll pretend to call owner. They're not transparent and will not try to help out the customer. their team is not a team. when we did work for them, it was always our fault when something went bad. So, the rig I bought they did not use Carfax because it would have shown accidents, bondo,, bad windshield, broken dipstick, bad transmission (their referral). The list is endless! As usual, very eager to sell you a vehicle but try to avoid doing any warranty work at all costs simply because it cuts into their profit margin and takes their time away from fixing up vehicles they want to sell you. Including putting somebody's safety at risk. Took my vehicle in to their mechanic concerned about a pop underneath my floor board. Mechanic said he could not reproduce the sound and told me it was a "normal thing" for lifted vehicles. A few weeks later, as I'm driving with my family to the mountains, my power steering went completely out on a pretty treacherous road. Luckily there wasn't an accident and nobody got killed. I took the vehicle back in to the mechanic and he basically said he didn't want/didn't know how to fix it and told me to take it into the dealership. Completely disappointed with this place and don't recommend anyone take their vehicle into their mechanic. HATR read more
