I purchased a 1999 Lexus RX300 from this dealership in October, and a few hundred miles later, the transmission completely failed! The car was previously owned by the dealership's owner, and I was assured multiple times that the car had no mechanical issues and all scheduled maintenance was completed. However, after the failure, an inspection revealed completely burnt transmission fluid, indicating a pre-existing issue. The CarFax report also showed no record of major transmission service, which should have been expected for a vehicle of this age. After contacting the dealership, they refused to take any accountability for their poor vehicle inspection or lying about the vehicle's condition. I understand buying used cars comes with risks, but buyers should be cautious and get an independent inspection before purchasing a vehicle here. Please do NOT buy a car here! The second I brought my car home it was leaking oil, I then had to take it to their sketchy "mechanic" who "fixed" it and it proceeded to leak oil again within a week and had to be fixed again. Their mechanic was also rude and refused to look at me and only addressed my boyfriend when speaking. After fixing the oil leak my car broke down several times, after taking it to their mechanic THREE times all of which he had the car for a week or longer, I took the car to a real car shop and the car needed a whole new throttle body which was conveniently the only thing not covered by my warranty, and cost over a 1000 dollars. After being fed up with my car being in the shop every week for months I decided to trade it in at a real dealership and the car I got from these guys was valued for less than half of what I paid for it after only having it for four months. Moral of the story these guys are SCAMMERS and you should literally go ANYWHERE else to get a car, try Lithia Chrysler of Bend, those guys are great! Wish I could give negative stars. Please note that I purchased a warranty they recommended for thousands of extra dollars for my vehicle which had a little over 100k miles on it and was presented to me as having no issues. When issues immediately began to arise I reached out multiple times and was initially "helped" by getting appointments with their "mechanic" who's shop is in an alley way with zero signage, no website, and thankfully for him no reviews. When their super respectable mechanic failed to fix my car over and over and OVER again and I called to try and figure something out I was essentially told there was nothing else they could do and zero compensation etc. was offered. read more

So, after calling the Bend location twice, Cory called me back. We spoke about the issues of concern and he pretty much said "you get what you get" and he did not even bother with the license plate we need which is one of our concerns. Bought the car last November 2024, still have not received the plate. I understand that these cars are used. No one buying a used car expects the same as a new one HOWEVER, just because it is used does that mean that it all has to be crap? Can't we make it the best it can be in it's current condition just for the sake of others? Why can't we be kind? Crappy wipers all three of them, bad tires, oil was not changed as stated that is was, starter broke and we haven't even had the car for 6 months. You cant change wipers, make sure the tires are safe and just make the car the best it can be? Nope. Just get that money. Makes me sad. I am happy for all of you who had a good experience with this company, we did not and they have made no effort to change that. This is one of the reasons the world and the people in it are what it is today. We were not created to just make money or to serve self, but to care for and LOVE one another. That day, will come. This lot is not worth your time nor your money. They claimed they would fix stuff that I pointed out from 2 test drives (mechanical safety) and Kory says I'll call you when it's ready. I waited from the first day they bought it (October) at auction until I saw it sold today (December). I hope whoever bought it really checked this truck out. Or at least take it to a mechanic for a vehicle safety inspection. If you look at the car fax reports provided by them it does not show any maintenance done on any of their vehicles after they take ownership from an auction or a trade in. Also you will notice if you look thru the vehicle they DO NOT do anything with the interior. For example basic cleaning, removing previous owner's items. The vehicle I was looking at had multiple items in the rear storage compartments. Tools, receipts, garbage, and small kids toys, etc. Always look in the bed of the trucks, there are usually parts in the bed. Be sure you know your models and what is suppose to be included from the factory. They listed the truck as a Laramie with all the features of a Laramie. However this vehicle was an SLT. When I questioned Kory and Chase about this their response was oh we have a site we input the vin and it gives us the features. Huh, I did the same thing and it says it's an SLT....The Laramie description remained on this truck for 3 months. So do they up the prices for a higher end vehicle when it's not?? All of these reviews have been 100% accurate about Rick. He is a great guy to help truthfully answer your questions and will tell you he will not let a vehicle go off the lot with even a minor safety issue like a tail light out or headlight out. To finish this up, for all of you who take stock in reviews mine is 100% truthful. I am not a friend or a family member of anyone there. When they sell a vehicle they will trade a good review from you for free gas, or anything they can find to give you to up their image and their rating. How do I know this? I cannot give this company a single star but have to so it can post. Bought a car from them out of complete necessity and it has been a complete and total lemon. First week we had it head gasket blew after they said they checked everything, granted they did replace the engine I will give them that .we then moved onto electrical problems soon after them fixing the engine. They gave us the pleasure of going halves on that. After electrical we then moved to transmission problems. Which at that point they then told us that we need to take responsibility for our car at some point. At that point we had the car about 6 months but 3plus months they had it fixing it. I cannot begin to express the stress ,anxiety, disappointment my pregnant fiance and i had/have with this business. For a 6,000 dollar car really? Integrity is not in this companies vocabulary. I know people that have said they have gotten good vehicles from them but one was my boss and I guess they're friends . I bought a SUV and have been nothing but aggravated by this "dealership"! I went through a car wash to keep my new purchase looking new, but my friend and I were completely soaked from water rushing in through the sunroof. I immediately took it took the car lot and Corey advised me to go to their mechanic. I was told they would find the part(s) needed and fix it. After several calls of finding out they had not located the parts I finally gave up. I also have had several problems with the engine, certain interior features not working and trying to get information from the Carfax report. You guys win, but I will not ever go back to your scam shop! I consistently tell people I know or hear about people looking for a vehicle to STAY AWAY! We would like to warn anyone thinking about purchasing a used car from this place. They are not to be trusted. We had issues with a car we just purchased from them for our daughter and they said everything would be taken care of and fixed. They went back on their word on a pretty serious repair and when we called them on it, they were very rude. Their repair shop is so unprofessional it's laughable. If there are no issues everything is smooth, but if there are issues they won't be so nice and will treat you like crap. read more

I live in Phoenix, Oregon and yes the 3 hour drive to Bend is worth it. I have bought two cars from this dealer now. The first being a Jeep Grand Cherokee that treated me well throughout the time I owned it. The most recent being a 2011 Toyota Tundra. The Tundra was the owner of the dealer's personal car and is a reconstructed title vehicle. It sure doesn't look it though. You can see clearly that everything was repaired and replaced with utmost care. Yes with the right amount of shopping you can find a good deal on a well taken care of car many places. Here you can just walk onto the lot and find a dozen well cared for and priced vehicles. You have sales people that are upfront and honest about the vehicles while not being pushy and giving you the space to look things over at your own speed. What has really set this dealer apart for me, especially with this most recent purchase is how the dealer, most specifically the sales person Devon, has been willing to work with me on the small things both before and after purchase. Before purchasing there were a few minor, mostly cosmetic, things I wanted repaired or replaced and they gladly agreed to order said parts for me and install them at no cost. They also include a 3 month 3600 mile 50/50 warranty with their vehicles which only installs further confidence. Since purchase as I am getting more time with the car, I have had no issues. Other than a mass air flow sensor going out, which is something that just eventually goes, and they agreed to order it for me as well at no charge. I also needed to get something changed on the title and they took the time to get it changed with the DMV during processing saving me a $77 dollar title adjustment fee. They have also been happy to answer any questions I have regarding the truck. Helping me understand all the ins and outs, normal noises, etc. This purchase has been one of the best car buying experiences I've had and I feel confident it will continue to be. Watch out for these guys, I bought a 2002 Mercedes ML320 from them and flew in to get it, when I arrived I immediately noticed things that I asked them about like scratches and small dents in the body, they said there were none and that the condition of the body was a 8 1/2 out of a 10 (new car 10). When they gave me the key it was kinda hard to start and was told that it had been sitting for awhile which was a logical reply, it was cold and snow so that fit. The entertainment system which was a video I couldn't test but they said it worked, get it home and it don't come on. The driver's door actuator don't work and I kid you not when I drove it home the next day I get in it and start it up the engine check light is on and it goes into safe mode which means it won't to over about 20 to protect the transmission. This is a off road vehicle and I the unknowing consumer didn't know about the LOW-Range, it was blinking when I start the car and was told by Troy when I asked him how it works that you will know cause it won't go very fast. Since the light went off after a few seconds I didn't see there as being a problem. WRONG. After reading the owners manual it states that if it is flashing there is a problem and the system is disabled. When The Low-Range is on it is a steady light. They told a BIG lie on how it worked. I texted and call them several times, promised to call me back and no call. This was on Friday November 22nd, 2014. They did email me when I sent pictures that the check light was on and said that I had to live with it so i called my attorney and am sending all the paperwork I got from them, the codes that was pulled when I took it to Oriley's. I have also filed a complaint against them. I finally got a email from them wanting me to bring the car back down so that they can work on it in their shop (I didn't see no shop when I was there only cars being worked on outside) or they said I can bring it back. Neither are an option because it is a 6 hour drive one way down there plus the time it would take to get the parts in to fix it the cost would be high. When I emailed them about having it fixed at a shop here in Spokane my emails went unanswered. I have filed a complaint witht he Better Business Bureau and they told the BBB that no matter what I was told orally I agreed there was no warrenty, which that part is true because I went on their word that it was checked out and gone through by their mechanics. Other things that they did not disclose is that it is leaking either oil or transmission fluid. I also found out that the reason it was hard to start is the crankshaft position sensor is bad. If you buy a car from them, have it checked out first, I wish I would have a mechanic do this but it was snowing and I didn't want to get trapped on the drive back home. I bought a Chevy Avalanche from these guys! The truck had a vibration and rubbing tire they said they would fix it! They took the truck in two times for more the. A week each time. The sway bar was the wrong one so they changed that. But never fixed the vibrations and never fixed the service suspension light. I'm not dumb they would hook it up to a computer delete codes and gave it back so they wouldn't have to fix the one leaky airbag! The truck can do over 40 or feels like the front end is about to fall off! I could of got a full tank of gas for a fake review but these guys are crooks and I'm loosing thousands bc they wouldn't fix what we agreed on! Never again would I ever go there read more

Went to WAC to look for a first car, found an old pathfinder in reportedly good condition and sound engine. Waited 15 minutes for the sales guy to get off the phone, he was rude and blunt. Took the car for a drive, accelerated moderately, and the check engine light came on. So much for sound engine!
