After cortisone shots and an eventual MRI, I was told that I do not have a tear or anything else that can be fixed with surgery, and given a prescription for physical therapy. I was not happy about this at all - I wanted a quick fix to be pain free and thought (naively) that surgery was the answer. I live close to Spectrum, so based on physical proximity (and the recommendation of a friend) I made an appointment with Corey. Long story short, I am in 95% less pain, sleep all night through again, and have far more range of motion than I did a few months ago. Therapy is as much fun as working hard can be, but we DO laugh (often) and I AM so much better than I was. The facility is clean, well-lit, and the bathroom is clean, too. Corey seem to have all the requisite tools, AND the necessary expertise. He is not just competent and trained in his field, he is so contagiously passionate about health and fitness! I would unequivocally recommend Corey and Spectrum.

The office manager said that I swore. If I had sworn, I'd have said FUCK. Now that she's all twisted, she is saying that I cannot receive care at their facility. Fuck them.

They helped me transition from needing a knee scooter to using a boot and eventually to a shoe. They helped me regain range of motion in my foot, toes, and ankle. Every single one of the staff was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. They work together as a team to make sure each patient gets the individual attention he/she needs. The office is open, spacious, well equipped, and welcoming. It is easy to get appointments at times that fit your schedule. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy.

She requires an enormous amount of care and is a difficult personality. Other than a period when this place was run by a psycho named Tanya, the staff has learned how to treat my relative, is enormously patient with her, and has kept her healthy, alive, and well. Zero falls. Zero infections. They call me if they find even the tiniest scrape on her. This is NO small feat given how long she has been there, and through the pandemic no less. The downside is that there is very little communication and because turnover is so high just when I will get to know that one person handles one thing, that person is gone, and I've got no update as to whom I should now contact. Voice mails and emails normally go unanswered. There are supposed to be monthly case reviews however it's very sporadic and random. I'm also supposed to get quarterly statements about her money in her account but haven't received one in ages. I also don't think the residents are EVER taken anywhere. At all. The last trip I can remember was like 10 years ago. To a Walmart. But there are very nice grounds, and the rooms are large and comfortable. Like I say, mixed bag. Could probably do better and could definitely do worse.

We all know rehab facilities aren't the best but Bride Brook was definitely better than many I've…read moreencountered. The rooms are a bit dated but the staff is friendly, especially Daniel who seemed to make it his job to be pleasant, friendly and fun. The PT department was very good also. If you or your loved one needs placement for rehab services, this is a decent, clean, pleasant smelling facility that does not have a "nursing home" feel.

The staff wear their masks pulled down to their chins. Rooms are dirty and cleaning rarely happens. No support for those struggling with emotional distress.
