Second crew that came was different and did an awful job replacing the windshield. Trim was marred, seals weren't fitted properly and the worst part, they put a nice gash on my A-pillar, did a sloppy job repairing it with touch-up paint and then lied that it was "already like that" when confronted about it. Further, when investigating a running-water noise in the windshield, found a chip in the edge of the windshield under the wiper cowl which was not disclosed to me. I respectfully gave them space to work, but I should have been hawking over them to avoid these headaches. I would recommend you go with ANY other windshield shop, even the big corporate shop probably wouldn't have done this poor of a job.

THEN the person replacing took a look at my paperwork and said that they were not sure the replacement would work with the glass that they had ordered and that they would need to order it from the dealer. So they sucked 2+ hours of my life just to look at it and say they would not be able to fix it. There was no notice that they were running 2 hours behind and their excuse was they had multiple 10 AM appointments. Isn't that the whole point of making an appointment?

Finally the windshield lining came out in the car wash a month later. I'm going somewhere else to fix the terrible job that was done.
