Once again, I am writing yet another review for a great car dealership! I would like to extend my gratitude and pleasure in buying yet another car from Wilson Maturo Motors! This is my third purchase and I believe one of my best! I love Volvos and I have had complete confidence in purchasing from some very great and sensitive people! I have to say Dr. Phil and his crew out did themselves this time and helped me to find the most beautiful Volvo around! Despite the fact that I went online for months with different online car companies and searched all around Ct as well as other states, I never found what was right in my own backyard! All I had to do was mention to Philip that I was looking for and he knocked it out of the park! I told him I wanted a newer model Volvo then in the past and like magic he went out and searched until he found the exact color, model, and price that I was willing to pay! I can go on and on about their great follow-through service with their customers but I'm sure you read that in prior reviews! In closing I wish I could give more than five stars because this dealership treats everybody as family and you will never ever get a bad deal from them! I wish I could express how happy I am with the service that they have provided with me and continue to this day. If I ever need them for any issue with my vehicles, they will gladly accommodate me with a fair and honest price. I have worked for award winning new car dealerships as a manager for almost 30 years and have been looking for a van for my personal use for several months. After nothing seemed to be what I wanted, I drove by Wilson-Maturo and I spotted what looked like a new Chevy Uplander van. The vehicle was actually used with many miles on it but looked beautiful. As they were closed at the time I called the next day and Phillip helped answer all my questions. To make a long story short, Phillip brought the van to my business to test drive, went over the vehicle, described all repairs and maintenance he had performed, including a new cabin air filter which most dealerships never change in used vehicles unless they are very dirty. As Phillip stated we change all the filters in all our used vehicles. We made a deal on the spot and the next day the vehicle was mine! It was immaculately clean inside and out, all the paperwork was ready and completed in about 15 minutes and the new plates were already on the van, ready to drive home. I can assure you that the level of customer service I received from Phillip, his son Dillon, and his uncle was first class! It would be hard to find a place that was more honest and attentive to my needs. I would recommend Wilson-Maturo to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Just purchased my second car here! Three years ago I was referred to Wilson-Maturo Motors by an individual who knew Phil and Isabel on a personal level and raved about their professionalism, honesty, and excellent vehicles. "They will take very good care of you and sell trusted vehicles" was all I needed to hear to pick up the phone. Just speaking with Phil for 5 min put me at ease. He wasn't pushy, didn't rush me, took all the time I needed to ask questions. I was pleasantly surprised to see he had a Carfax printed out, service reports of the vehicle and actual history about the previous owner. If I want something looked at or fixed he has me bring it right down and works around MY schedule. Phil's wife Isabel has the same sweet demeanor. She handles all the registration and pops in and out of the office helping in various roles and it's always a pleasure to deal with. Finding a trusted dealer who treats you like you are part of their family is extremely hard to find. I had visited multiple dealerships looking for the perfect car but, as soon as I walked onto Philip and Isabel's lot, I knew I need not continue looking. Everyone I came into contact with was an absolute pleasure to meet. I hadn't even walked into the building when I was met by Philip. He showed me the car (I was so happy to see it running with the heat blasting because I'm always cold) and answered any question I had. I was then met by Isabel who made the payment process as easy as ABC. She told me what was needed when I came to pick up the car and assured me she would handle the rest. I purchased two cars within a year from Wilson-Maturo Motors. I have never experienced such an honest and easy transaction when buying a car. An unforeseeable issue came up right after I bought my first car and Phil fixed it for me and was extremely responsive and helpful. Many places are done with you once you drive off the lot , but here, Phil and his family take pride in selling good , reliable cars and back them 1000%. All the cars they sell are in great condition and all big repairs or possible issues are handled before the car is sold. Going all the way back to 2016, it was my 16th birthday, I finally managed to save up enough money for a first vehicle. I end up buying a 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3L from Wilson Maturo motors. I have daily driven that truck since the day I bought it. I still have it today, 7 years later with 230,000 miles and it run's amazing. This truck has never given me any major problems either.
