Isaias quickly diagnosed the problem almost immediately, explained everything clearly, and had the repair completed fast and professionally. But I didn't find out till later when the planter box was all flooded like a lake and overflowing like a river to the street. I found the broken PVC right where I instructed his worker to plant an agave fior me. When I told Isaiah's TFH Landscaping that his worker broke the sprinkler line, ISAIAHs said he would send the worker over to do the repair in a couple days which Isaias said was Tuesday, the worker never showed up. When I called him to say the worker never showed up he said he would come in a couple days and he personally will come and be there. Well Isaias never showed up. What's worse is he used to answer the phone on the first ring and was "always there for me" and even said "You know I am always here for you and I answer the phone". But after he didn't show up two times he wasn't answering the phone anymore .... ever. I left many, many messages telling Isaias I was disappointed that not only does he not show up to do the repair that his worker broke, but he deliberately is ghosting me for weeks. He sees from caller ID it is me calling for him to repair something he damaged (I sent pictures of the hacked irrigation pipe in the hole where the agave got blown outta there from the broken line), so he deliberately does not answer the phone ever again to BE THERE FOR MEEEEE, like he told me previously. That deserves 1 Yelp star. So you think I'm going to do business with him if he doesn't even answer the phone ever? Someone told me "because they don't get paid to repair their mistakes and have to take time out from already paying jobs to go to a job that doesn't pay. I never spoke to Isaias again because he didn't care to come back ad fix the broken pipe his worker hacked to pieces. That deserves 1 Yelp star don't you think? I have a new landscaper who has many solid 5 Yelp stars, and so far he has shown up every time I needed him, right on time, even when he squeezed me in. But I have no experience if he will show up to fix something he didn't do right, because nothing like that has happened so far.

Our…read moreyard service, Francysco's Landscaping, just quit when the pavers that they were repairing from our tree that fell over a few weeks ago were not leveled and left with large gaps between pavers. We told him this was unacceptable and he quit on the spot. Pavers are a service that they advertise on their truck that they provide. Apparently that is to their satisfaction and not the paying customer. He charges an outrageous amount and then wonders why you expect quality. We also asked him to fix a valve that was constantly running and over watering our palo verde and he fixed the wrong one. We told him it was still running (which he should have verified before leaving), so he said he must have fixed the wrong valve. His solution was to come back and remove valves that I didn't want removed only to have to come back and undo that work, that was neither needed or approved. Then he has the audacity to try to charge me for that work! Stay away from anyone that charges a fortune by overestimating the cost to do a job and then does not stand behind their work.

Divine Design has now done two separate jobs for us, one for erosion abatement on the hillside and one irrigation repair under flagstone which required some craftsmanship and both have turned out perfectly. They do what they say, when they say they'll do it (which has been quickly), and that is so rare with landscape companies. I will be happy to give them all our future business.
