It took a while for them to find out if it was available or not. It was! Yay! We went to pay and it turned out we couldn't buy the phone it outright?!? We had to pay for it monthly and pay the interest? That is f-ing ridiculous!! So now, we're on our way to buy his phone elsewhere! We were at the store more than an hour waiting for help and deciding which one was best! Gah!!!

    Let me start by saying, The 1st time in to the store was easy and informative. The upsell of…read moreproduct was on point. I got everything I needed and then some. I'm happy with the new phone. The fact I asked while in the store and asked about the charger and was told I'd need to purchase one seemed odd. 3 days later got a call stating "We forgot to give you the box for your phone and the charger, Come grab it" was inconvenient because I live in Tacoma. I said I would come by before end of the weekend. I arrived today, Sunday and this is where the customer experience went down hill. Alexandria was snotty, curt, and had a know it all demeanor. Very off putting. She explained in almost no helpful detail. They had thrown out the box because it wasn't picked up timely. From that point on when didn't speak to be yet spoke directly to my boyfriend. She was rude. Her reactions to my questions seemed irritating to her. I walked out of the store to let my boyfriend complete the transaction. I will not choose your store again. If a representative does not like her job and it's apparent, you have a problem.

I love their selection because it's clean and in nice condition. I always walk away feeling good about the transaction and value of the products for the price. I won't use any other furniture rental place in the area. In fact, the one I was using is coming to pick their stuff up which is being replaced by Aaron's, next week.

    I thought Aaron's was a rent to own, but did not see anything that stated that outside on their…read morenice new building in Aberdeen. When I went in I asked the saleswomen if this was R2O and she said "yes" but we sell also. Good, I am looking for a TV and Sears does not sell them anymore. "I like to keep my money local". She showed me a Samsung 55" that she said, "It is the latest and greatest"! I just put it on display a couple of days ago. This being the 6th month of 2018 I just figured she ment it was a 2018 or 2019 model. Wouldn't you? I was sold a 2017 discontinued model, unknowingly, until I went on line and researched the model number this 2017 model was being cleared out at Costco, Best Buy and Samsung for $600 less than Aaron's charged me. When I called and asked about a price match I got into a heated discussion with the Franchise Manager and he would do nothing!! A salesperson said, "Once it is delivered, sorry, IT's YOURS"! What a weird thing to say to a customer that just paid $2027 cash for a 2017 Samsung TV. Also, when the TV was delivered it cost $35 (never told there would be a charge). No invoice offered by the driver. NOTHING! This whole thing has been very upsetting. And no recourse or offer of customer service. From start to finish deceptive and unprofessional behavior! And try to reach Aaron Corporate....IMPOSSIABLE, especially if the store is a franchise store, and not Corporate owned. I am not giving up. I am a business women and KNOW what is right and this was not even close!! Save yourself the heartache and the headache. Nobody deserves to be treated and talked to like this! Shop elsewhere even if you must buy out of town. Cheers.
