How there theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre paid on your account. They do not refund the $60 back to the original payment method, they keep it. Verizon acts so unaware this is happening.

Within several minutes it was pretty clear that the customer was there for something Nate could not assist him with due to Apple restrictions. Nate then said to the guy that basically they are done, there is nothing he could do and he needed to move on to us waiting folks.The guy was not happy about that but left. Once we sat down with Nate, he said he had been trying to help the guy for the past hour but there was nothing he could do and he wouldn't leave. Poor Nate! I'm glad we were able to save him. Anyway, we had questions about hot spots, and he really helped explain them well to us. They didn't have any in stock but offered to order one for us. Asked him about non Verizon services which he also was able to provide information on. We left empty handed but much more wise thanks to his knowledge and kindness. If I need in person help with my Verizon account, I know I'll be able to come here and receive great customer support.

This being the 6th month of 2018 I just figured she ment it was a 2018 or 2019 model. Wouldn't you? I was sold a 2017 discontinued model, unknowingly, until I went on line and researched the model number this 2017 model was being cleared out at Costco, Best Buy and Samsung for $600 less than Aaron's charged me. When I called and asked about a price match I got into a heated discussion with the Franchise Manager and he would do nothing!! A salesperson said, "Once it is delivered, sorry, IT's YOURS"! What a weird thing to say to a customer that just paid $2027 cash for a 2017 Samsung TV. Also, when the TV was delivered it cost $35 (never told there would be a charge). No invoice offered by the driver. NOTHING! This whole thing has been very upsetting. And no recourse or offer of customer service. From start to finish deceptive and unprofessional behavior! And try to reach Aaron Corporate....IMPOSSIABLE, especially if the store is a franchise store, and not Corporate owned. I am not giving up. Google them with AI and you can see for yourself how they use scam techniques to lock you in as a trap. They target Senior citizens who are vulnerable like myself especially. Public BEWARE of this corrupt company! I've been trying to cancel the scam phone sales since the day it happened and they just keep sending emails wanting me to activate a phone I haven't received! I refused it and reported them to the FCC and my bank.
