I didn't want to leave a bad review but I am so fed up with this place after trying to live with the aftermath of what they had done and now how they handled it. I have had injections since I was 18 and this is the first place I feel like they push products, which I don't love and that should have been the first red flag. I went for acne scars for my cheeks, mainly lower and was very clear I wanted to improve the area. I was first recommended sculptra, which was 2 injections weeks apart. The first injections seemed to be improving the skin so I went for the second scheduled injection, but the injector without reason said let's try a brand new product skinvive. So I was really caught off guard, bc I was there for the sculptra, but believed she wanted best for me so said I'd do that in a few weeks, but I'd like to stick with the original plan. So this treatment she said she would have to put it in my temples so they wouldn't look hollow, and unfortunately overfilled them to the point where they grew over the next few weeks and months to look freaky and even feel weird, like heavy. While all this was happening I did keep the skinvive appointment thinking this would maybe again rebalance the face, however I couldn't be more wrong, all it did was leave bumps all over my face almost a year later. I did reach out to the injector initially, and was told it was most likely a bruise, and this is when I knew I needed to go to a outside doctor, which I set up an appointment and am still wanting for. So now my main concern: acne scars looks 1000x worse because my face is covered in bumps from skinvive, and my face shape is grotesque. I have regretted doing this every day since, and struggle to look at how worse my face has become when I was only trying to improve it. I was on the marketing list and finally let them know thank you for reaching out and giving me your time, but I won't be coming back, and they thanked me and then two days later sent me more back to back spam. Like how greedy and out of touch are you? I don't blame the office staff, but this has to be the worst "doctors" experience, I have ever had and I wish I could go back in time and never step foot inside. read more

Especially after I'd recently had a horrible experience somewhere else, I was nervous about the often-somewhat-painful procedure I had done. It went so well, I'm planning two more. This was head and shoulders better. My consultation was thorough, I was mailed in advance anesthetic cream. I couldn't possibly rate my experience with Lori any more highly. If you are considering having a procedure with this practice, I would encourage you to go! Lori, the nurse who did my procedure, is EXCELLENT. Absolutely the best place to get laser hair removal! I came in back in January for a consultation with Sabrina regarding laser hair removal. She was very thorough in assessing how many sessions I would need, what pricing would be like, what expectations to have about the entire process and answered all questions I had. I ultimately completely 4 sessions of my lower legs and 4 sessions of my armpits. Sabrina was very gentle with each session and always checked in regarding pain level (boney areas are slightly more painful so she made sure to ice those areas the longest which was very helpful!). Sep 16-2022 Dr performed lower lid blepharoplasty, I am 48 years old. I had normal eyelids. After surgery I developed ectropion, which is excessive cutting of skin. He refuse to take any responsibility, just referring me to ophthalmologist after messing my eyes. Please review pictures below. I am suffering, cannot close my eyes, eye lashes get in to lower eyes. I am not able to close my eyes at all, not able drive, sensitive to light. I am home bound for past 10 weeks. He completely messed my eyes.
