But it has come to my attention that the owner of this business (Tommy) has CONTINUED to sexually harass their clients. SO here is what happened to me in 2020: They were only taking one-on-one appointments due to COVID regulations. At the time I was 22 years old. His wife and daughter were in the business towards the back of the business in a room so it was just me and him in the main lobby on a pedicure chair. I had scheduled to do a manicure and pedicure. It started off with a regular manicure and pedicure and his weird comments began. Comments as in "you look so much younger than your age because of how small and petite your body is" -- the comments continued "you have really nice hands and really nice feet" -- they continued, "you are gonna look young for a very long time since you are small and have such a nice body" then the routine of a massage on the feet and calves began (this was normal and expected) THEN his hands traveled up my legs into my inner thighs and then to my shoulders and chest area..... I COMPLETELY FROZE. Up to this day I wish I would have reacted differently but I shut down. I felt completely and utterly paralyzed and in shock!!! It's been years later and I still reflect on how I should have spoken up and reacted differently. One of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. I truly hope this business shuts down!! that his wife wakes up that her husband is a COMPLETE CREEP, and that should have NEVER happened to anyone!!! I have never received a massage like that in my life just for pedicure!! IT WAS AWFUL AND MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!

Most salons have to be told exactly how to do it, but I get there and explain we are donating my daughter's beautiful long hair and she knew just what to do. She has done it with her own girls before and sent it to Locks for Love. We will be doing the same. Please go see Sanat if you have any last minute needs, but especially if you want to donate your hair. Very reasonable too. Just be sure to take cash though. There is plenty of parking nearby, which already made the visit less stressful. I called ahead to schedule an appointment and the process was smooth and friendly from the start. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and seated within a few minutes. The salon itself was clean, well organized, nicely lit, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything looked well maintained, including the pedicure stations and tools, which is always something I pay attention to when trying a new salon. The atmosphere felt relaxing without being overly loud or crowded. I also loved their neon "Good Nails Good Mood" sign because honestly, it fit the experience perfectly. Andy did my pedicure and was both professional and personable throughout the appointment. He took his time and did not make the service feel rushed, even though I chose the express pedicure. The shaping and polish application were clean and precise, and he paid attention to detail around the cuticles and edges. The hot towel and lotion massage were a nice touch and made the service feel more elevated than a typical express pedicure. My nails turned out really pretty, clean, and polished. Overall, the combination of customer service, cleanliness, and quality work made this a great experience and definitely put me in a good mood.
