I went over on a Sunday. A little bit busy but not too bad. I gave them my info and the girl said it would be about 15 minutes. Not a problem. I got a text and a call saying they were ready to for me and to come ASAP. I came right away. I had to wait 10 minutes after I came back. If they were ready then I should had to wait 10 minutes. The hair cut I saw was okay. I did not see what they did in the back until my wife noticed the barbers mistake when I got home. She said something about a line in the back. This barbershop has prime real estate in the AV mall... the downfall, their quality of work is trash. My son and I were doing last minute shopping, both in need of a cut. On our way out we saw the barbershop still open and thought... why not? We're already here. The guy said he could only cut one of us up, so my son took the chair. I hope you can imagine this; I have never... NEVER... seen a barber "cut" hair and there not be any hair on the floor. He hovered the machine to only literally... I mean literally... cut the hairs that were sticking up. The taper... what taper!?! I could've done a better job with a butter knife. My son being the trooper that he is still have the guy a chance and asked to fix what he felt needed to be addressed... again, the scissors barely touched the hair ends, the "line up" was an absolute joke. Dude should (with all do respect) go back to barber school. This shop should really test their barbers to see if they can actually do the job. Nowadays teens fashion/ image is everything for them. A bad haircut isn't something that can easily be disguised or hidden. Do better. You have all the potential to be a great shop but please... do better. read more

My boyfriend has been coming here for 3 years and every time his experience had slowly gone down hill. The barbers are always new except for a few. Today he got a new one and when he walked in the barber already had an attitude like he interrupted him from his break. He asked for a fade and all the barber did was take clippers and cut all of it down to a 0. He asked for two inches off the top and he literally cut nothing off. His neck is still hairy. He was in an out in 15 minutes. He has never had a haircut shorter than 30-45 minutes. Will not be coming back to this shop. read more
