I had people telling me all different kinds of things-- lots of people offering me huge discounts and "throwing things in for free" (which really means they charge you double for something else) and promising to use only the strongest, harshest chemicals. Time Savers was great. Dan came to my house, recommended a very simple plan (HEPA vacuuming with a hydrogen peroxide solution, since our problem wasn't all that bad because we caught it early), and was able to book about a week later. The job was done in a day, my basement looks and smells clean and fresh, and it cost me one third what the LOWEST estimate was from any other company.
