Firstly I was told that this tow truck company would come and retrieve my car in less than an hour. It took over three hours with them constantly pushing the time later and later each time I called. Thankfully Elvis managed to get my car to the auto body shop in one piece and all was well! Upon getting my car from the auto body shop this morning and driving home i noticed that the tow hitch was still in the front of my car which i tried to pull and get out. I called the company since they mistakenly left it in and spoke to rich, Richard, who would not give me his last name although he obviously knew mine. He told me try to do it myself or come to Manhattan. I told him i couldn't and i wasn't coming out to Manhattan from Brooklyn for something that was their fault. He then had the nerve to ask me if i had a boyfriend or a husband to which i responded no I'm a single woman what in the world. He was beyond unprofessional and unhelpful!!!!! This is not a company that i will be using in the future!

They were fast and nice. While there they noticed my tail light was busted. They ordered one right away and told me to come back the next day in the afternoon. I went two days later. I just showed up- they said stay in your car. They did it for me right there while I was waiting. Fast and nice and that's what I want. I can not speak to prices because it's a fleet vehicle so I never see the cost. This is not a fancy place where you go in, wait, have coffee in the lounge etc. It's a dirty- greasy garage- and as long as they stay as fast and courteous as they were- that's plenty good for me.

The tow ITSELF was $400! $500 Recover fee for my wheel being popped off after the accident. $175 "admin fee" that they obviously couldn't give a clear answer for. $175 "yard fee", same explanation. $250 CLEANING FEE FOR BRAKE FLUID, $275/day to keep it in the tow yard, $180 in taxes, and some other charges I couldn't believe. I called expecting them to give no real answer as to why this pricing is absurdly high, likely because they'll just charge the insurance company who will then trickle it down to the driver. Bingo. Seems like it may be different if you go without insurance route (although his answer was "we wouldn't even tow it"), but I guarantee there's more ethical tows around, not hard to find.

The tow truck driver who answered was immediately rude and unprofessional. Due to the poor customer service, I decided to cancel the request. At that point, the representative became hostile, yelling profanities and directing racial slurs at me because of my accent. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company. No customer should be subjected to harassment, discrimination, or verbal abuse for simply requesting an update or choosing to cancel a service. After I canceled the towing service due to unprofessional and delayed service, the situation escalated further. The representative continued to call me multiple times in what appeared to be a harassing and taunting manner. During this calls, he used extremely vulgar language and made repeated offensive racial insults targeting me because of my accent. the behavior was aggressive, abusive, and completely unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs and reporting this incident through the appropriate channels.
