Avoid this location if you can. Go to any other location or several carriers within yards. Or…read morebetter yet buy you phone and there are several great companies you get much better deals on monthly plans. I have been to this location twice and both visits are bad. If you like slow service as the employees spend too much time talking personal with customers. Conversations that have nothing to do with phones or service. That can't even work and socialize at the same time as eye contact is important. They are doing this right in front of you as you wait. This is the place for you. If want to stand there for 10 minutes as they wont recognize you. This is your place. If you want to watch people walk out for wait and frustration this is the place for you. I needed something pretty simple turns out. I bought a new phone from apple but didn't have a phone line yet, plus if you buy from apple you don't have to worry about jail breaking or waiting for a year or more to go buy before charging carriers... (This is big as I am SO lucky I can change carriers anytime and don't owe a tone of money on phone forcing you to stay). Apple stated T Mobile should be able to help do it. On top both devices are t mobile. Work cell and personal cell but two different iCloud's. I finally get an assistant to help me. Picture a man helping you sloppy dressed wearing a sport team jersey oversized baggy pants and a ball cap. I didn't realize he even worked there for thirty minutes. Proper attire if East LA. He stated unless it is the same iCloud you must use a desktop. I told him I did it before with other carriers in past. He stated that is the only way T-Mobile is trained and their guide shows. When I told him I didn't think it was correct the other rep didn't correct him but silence was concurrence. Apple Store in 30 minute drive. I went into their competitor next door and not only did they know how to do it they moved everything on the phone I wanted but did it in minutes. I am not sure if all locations in Jax are like this BUT stay away unless board any want to watch dysfunctional. The ones really to blame is store manager and District Manager. T-mobile for not ensure training is completed or updating manuals on the basics of phone transition. Visit was at 6:30pm 4/1/26

I was very well taken care of by a young lady named Victoria and I plan to return when I have everything together and I'm ready to switch. I was very happy with the customer service received. T-Mobile is very competitive with their pricing and currently have some great offers for new customers looking to start a line. They are merging with Sprint and have great coverage in Jacksonville with plenty of towers. Right now you can switch and get a FREE iPhone but I'm not sure if I will use this offer or not.... They also allow you to switch and keep your current phone and phone number. I will update this review in the future if I decide to switch. Thanks goes to Victoria for being very helpful and explaining everything to me in great detail.

I'm 57 and never had to replace a screen. I dropped my phone, screen broke...had to do it. Such is life. They fixed it, more expensive than the franchise place but it was my choice...all good. 11 days later my screen is cracked...I didn't drop it, didn't put the phone in any condition or environment that was in any way out of the ordinary....genuinely...on my kids...no lie. Just as it was before being fixed, my phone resides on an Otter box. I am at a friend's house...I set my phone down...pick it up an hour or so later and it's cracked. Does something rub up against it? Probably...maybe. Can't be sure. But there was zero stress put on the back or front of the phone. It was in my pocket, in the car and in this person's house. When I came back and explained my situation, the best they could do was instead of paying the $188 I paid originally, I paid $150. On the one hand, I get it. The warranty not covering physical damage makes sense. People are nuts, people are irresponsible, etc. But I got zero vibe, feeling, sense that my take mattered. I didn't ask for it but was thinking...if I'm the business owner, maybe I throw in a scree protector at not charge. A minimal...coupla bucks investment in a customer that says on some small way...we get it...you just paid $188 for a replacement and 10 days later...inexplicably you're paying another $150....so...as a basic gesture of goodwill...here's the bare fu***ing minimum we can do to display some level of service...and nope. Just a transaction. Gimme a GD reason to pay more to shop local next time. Your shortsightedness cost you not just a customer but probably 8-10 customers if basic marketing principles hold. Shop local - please...for everything you can. Your dollar, when spent locally serves the business and your community 10x vs what comes from shopping at a chain. However...if you need a mobile phone repaired...there is no benefit to shopping local. Why? Because they know they have you. They know you are captive to your phone. Really. They're right. We are. No argument. Go to the behemoth. Go to the chain if you need your phone fixed. These guys are no better. They know you will do whatever to get your phone back. They clearly use inferior quality product. And I feel for them on some level...they are competing against massive volume that prices them out for many folks. Well, this is the rare occasion where the local place lost me. I won't say "don't shop here", etc...cause maybe my experience is just a one-off. And...also...F them. They had a shot at being decent and failed.

I had one of the worst customer experiences I've had in a long time with AT&T…read more A sales rep came to my house and told me fiber was ready in my neighborhood. He scheduled an install for Tuesday and assured me they would barely need to come inside. I was clear that I work from home and have dogs that are difficult to manage during the workday. He said it wouldn't be an issue. That was not true. The technician later contacted me and said they would need to be in and out of the house frequently. That completely changed the situation. I had to call and reschedule. Customer service agreed to move the appointment to Saturday. That worked for me. Saturday came. No one showed up. When I called, I was told the technician didn't come because the port "wasn't working." Somehow it was fine earlier in the week when they were on the way, but suddenly it wasn't on the one day I could actually accommodate the install. The only solution offered was to reschedule for Monday. Again, I had already explained I cannot do weekday installs. That information was clearly ignored. At that point, I canceled the order. Even the representative I spoke with admitted this was poor service and not what should be expected. That says everything. This was a complete breakdown across the board: * Misinformation from the sales rep * Poor coordination between sales, scheduling, and technicians * Missed appointment with no notice * No real attempt to fix the issue * No respect for the customer's time or constraints If you're considering switching, be prepared for conflicting information and wasted time. This experience made it clear they are not aligned internally and do not prioritize the customer.

I'm new to Jax…read morefrom Los Angeles and rely heavily on Yelp and Google reviews to find good services etc. Yelper reviews did not disappoint my trip to iphone911! After my most recent whirlwind trip from Jacksonville to Canada to Philadelphia then Los Angeles then Hawaii and back through Los Angeles to Austin to Atlanta to Jacksonville (thank you airlines for all your crazy flight cancellations by the way! *sarcasm*), a crack in my iPad 5th generation screen occurred somewhere along the path. I use my iPad for video conferencing especially while I travel, and it is my lifeline to my work as a therapist. I didn't want to replace my iPad unnecessarily and looked up different shops in the Jacksonville area who provide glass replacement. The staff at the iPhone 911 were really helpful over the phone, gave me a very reasonable quote, and were able to confirm that they had my parts in stock and could have my repair completed in about two hours. This is all despite losing power earlier in the day due to a storm coming through! I don't know about you, but having good service and kind staff who are also dealing with the stress of a power outage gave me a really good impression over the phone. I had called two other places who's quotes were either more expensive, grumpy staff, didn't have my parts in or would take too long to repair. Iphone911 to the rescue! I hopped in my car and got connected to Caleb who took good care of me. Within less than the time I was quoted, Caleb had my iPad ready and in good shape. He also paid attention to me as a customer noticing that I had come from Los Angeles. He was originally from Santa Monica and we had a great convo about our mutual visits to Southern California. A techie w a heart and people skills? Fantastic! Needless to say my iPad is now fixed, in excellent condition, and I'm so grateful that $100 to repair was so much less expensive than going to the Apple store or purchasing a replacement. You must try them when you need help with your iPhone or ipad repair. They are the best! Thanks iPhone911!!!

After the battery replacement, the phone no longer gets any T-Mobile service at all. When I brought this up, they told me that this "can happen" and refused to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience, and I will never use their services again.
