He scheduled an install for Tuesday and assured me they would barely need to come inside. I was clear that I work from home and have dogs that are difficult to manage during the workday. He said it wouldn't be an issue. That was not true. The technician later contacted me and said they would need to be in and out of the house frequently. That completely changed the situation. I had to call and reschedule. Customer service agreed to move the appointment to Saturday. That worked for me. Saturday came. No one showed up. When I called, I was told the technician didn't come because the port "wasn't working." Somehow it was fine earlier in the week when they were on the way, but suddenly it wasn't on the one day I could actually accommodate the install. The only solution offered was to reschedule for Monday. Again, I had already explained I cannot do weekday installs. That information was clearly ignored. At that point, I canceled the order. Even the representative I spoke with admitted this was poor service and not what should be expected. That says everything. This was a complete breakdown across the board: * Misinformation from the sales rep * Poor coordination between sales, scheduling, and technicians * Missed appointment with no notice * No real attempt to fix the issue * No respect for the customer's time or constraints If you're considering switching, be prepared for conflicting information and wasted time. This experience made it clear they are not aligned internally and do not prioritize the customer.
