poor quality for the money. scope shuts off after first shot leaving you to turn it back on. sent it in for repair to get it back in its same condition. still shuts off after first shot. should have purchased chinese. i would have expected a better product made in texas. yall need to go to minnesota read more

This company has not only lied to me, but lead me on for what has become a 6 month ordeal, but now have decided to steal from me. The long-short of it is : I sent in a working nv scope (list price $1,599)that i had just purchased second hand for a minor repair at my expense. This was in October. As of 2 days ago, my scope is now missing at their location. As of the email this morning, they are telling me they are finished with our transaction and i will not be recieving my scope back. They will no longer answer my calls or emails even though i have been extremely cordial over these painful 6 months . Please think twice before doing business with this company. This is BY FAR the worst customer service i have seen from any company, much less the firearms community. I have waited this long to mention this to anyone with hopes that this would be made right, but it is now obvious that Sellmark corporation does not care about its customers. If anyone can help, or for whatever reason needs more info, i have email history proof if the entire 6 month ordeal. Maybe you should find another product with better company morals, and at the very least, better customer service. read more

I worked through Email regarding my SightMark Optic that I was having issues with. They sent me an RA number I shipped to them. Just got off the phone with their customer support. They updated me immediately (Told me they have sent out a new scope). They provided me a tracking number. If this is not the case upon receiving I will change the review. But as of now, I could not have asked for anything more. read more

I purchased a Firefield barrage scope w green laser from this company in January of 2020. The first time I got around to shoot with it the glass fell out. I sent the scope to the manufacturer for warranty repair around May 1st 2020. As of 1-27-2021 I have received nothing. In their emails they are pleasant enough however I receive no communication unless I email them and the reply has always been the same - Sorry on back order - I tried to call them today and no answer at any extension. I do not know if they even exist anymore. Perhaps this is a covid thing -who knows? I cannot recommend purchasing their products if they do actually still exist. read more
