The girl at the front immediately gave me a pair of slippers to change into and took my shoes and coat and stashed them away in the back. I was then escorted to the changeroom where they had robes to change into if you wished. This place was beautiful and very clean! The change room has 2 big showers and bathrooms. Towels are also provided as well as a few communal toiletries (deodorant, soap, lotion, individual razors etc.) Although I didn't use them I thought it was a nice touch. They also provide lockers that have a code so you can lock up your items. They have a lounge area with a few accent chairs where you can relax for a bit in between services. There's also a mini bar with assorted beverages and small snacks that you can help yourself to while you're waiting. My foot massage was wonderful. Tinkerbell did a great job and I definitely recommend her. Since she's an RMT it was covered through my insurance. I loved everything about this place and would definitely return. Disappointed by unfair and unclear return policy…read more I bought an item here and tried to return it not even 30 minutes later -- it hadn't even left the vicinity. I was told they don't accept returns and that their policy is "stated on the receipt." The issue is, you only get the receipt after you've already paid, which makes that policy completely useless for customers who want to know before buying. There are no signs anywhere at the counter or around the store indicating a no-return policy. When I mentioned that, the staff just said it's on the receipt and that's their rule. They did say I could exchange the item, but when I tried, I found out they won't refund the difference if the new item costs less -- meaning you basically lose money either way. Policies like this should be clearly posted and explained upfront, not hidden after the sale. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and misleading. I definitely wouldn't shop here again.
