You would be hard pressed to find a better "outlet Mall" style shopping district. It has nicely walkable layouts between stores, and a nice mix of shopping and eating to get through a marathon hunt. We hit the children's place and got boys rugby style collared shirts for $3.99! We loaded up both kids for under $150. I had to snoop in the H&M to see it, but being in my early 40's apparently not the H&M demographic. The gourmet kitchen store was a temptation beyond compare, and there is, for convenience sake a monster Wal-Mart Super centre, a Future Shop and a massive Home Depot surrounding the outlets. I got everything I needed and was out for exactly 4 hours, including drive time. My children are happy, and we all had an ice cream to celebrate.

The ladies at customer service are so friendly and truly amazing people. I've gotten to know most of them on more of a personal level. My favourite spots are Aritzia, Victoria's Secret, Sephora and of course Starbucks for either my Earl Grey or English Breakfast tea. My daughter loves Lego store, Hot Topic, Just Cozy, Aritzia and EB Games. If you haven't been to Guildford Mall then I advise you to go have a look. Happy Shopping

There were no overhead security cameras able to look into the old changerooms let's just put that out there. The manager was so nonchalant, saying somebody else had complained and they put a bag over the camera. HA! lie. I have a video from inside the changeroom and there is most certainly no bag covering the camera. She said it was turned off. all I have is her word. I went in to ask about cameras and he seemed annoyed with me even showing up. When I asked about a certain model (almost $2,000 worth) - one I was serious about trying and buying, he said they didn't have it. Thankfully the young girl working there pointed out it was there. I brought my own lenses to try out as I wanted to see if the camera suited my needs as I do videography as well as photos. He seemed to not want to answer any of my questions (I'm guessing he didn't know the answers) and when I asked to try using the camera, he ignored me and fiddled around with buttons for a minute.. I asked again twice if I can try the camera and finally he let me. Less than 2 minutes later while standing there in silence, he took the camera from me and started helping a girl that showed up asking about a $100 camera. He didn't excuse himself. He just ignored me and helped her! When he finally came back to me 3 minutes later, I tried taking some photos but it wasn't working. He couldn't get it working either. I wanted to shift to another camera then. I gave him back the camera, he put it in the cabinet and walked away as I was asking to see another camera! He came back a few seconds later and I asked _again_ about another camera; he clearly didn't want to show me anything and didn't want to help. In fact he seemed irritated with the entire 15 minutes I was there. Managers, this employee needs some customer service training! The young girl was willing to help me; asking questions, but he cut her off and made me not want to ever come back. I'll take my $2,000 elsewhere.

Noodlebox, Hi Five Chicken The Source Bulk Foods and a new bookstore/toy store has opened. At least three more restaurants are slated open including Hard Bean Brunch occupying one of the biggest building in the new block.
