I was a bit anxious at the first visit and she was very gentle and kind during the entire process. She helps Dr. Alex Spinuso get his job done correctly and efficiently so that the patient doesn't have to sit in the chair longer than needed. Dr. Spinuso does amazing work and shows you each step of the way what's going on (or he at least explains things thoroughly if he can't show you). I appreciate his kindness during my anxiety attack when he offered to play a playlist of music that I requested and turned on the YouTube scenery on the TV which helped me take my mind off of things. His ability to get this crown done right in spite of its awkward location and the depth of the decay he discovered is so evident and appreciated. Thank you for everything you all did to get my crown done correctly and in a timely manner.

I had Dr. Alex Spinuso and he berated me and shamed me for being unable to afford coming sooner in the year for seven minutes straight after he arrived late. Alex Spinuso became angry and very annoyed when I wanted to know what procedure he woud be doing because he changed his mind on the original reason for me coming to the dentist. Then promptly left at being annoyed that he had to explain and clear confusion, as he felt he shouldn't have to which is a dangerous mindset for a dentist to have. That doctor should be absolutely ashamed of himself for his lack of care towards his patient's health and I know I am not the only one.

Doctor Ricks is a friendly, knowledgeable, experienced dentist and John his dental hygienist has given me the most thorough cleanings I have ever had in my life. I'll never go back there as long as I live. I still think they should be taking care of this since I'm still paying. Don't want my credit rating dipping if I stop paying them. I had the chance to have all my questions asked and although i usually have a terrible time at the dentist due to my unique teeth and traumatic experiences before, they accommodated accordingly to give me the full and best experience I could get, regardless that my teeth were weird and that i hadn't been there in 2 years. No one makes sure you get refunded. Behind behind an answering service that says they're gonna leave voicemails for them, but then nobody ever calls you back or if they do it's a secretary, not anybody of authority like a manager or owner who has the access to start your cancellation process. They give you the ring around you keep getting money take it out of your account every month for a program that you're not even using.
