What is special here is that Dr Eckstein ( Dr E) has the latest equipment to give the best results. When I broke a crown, he was quickly able to make a temporary replacement. But the root was very short and gum and bone had to be removed to accomodate a replacement. Dr E wheeled in a new laser that quickly and painlessly removed tissue and bone with zero pain! The only time it hurt for me was when I accidently hit that spot with the waterpic. Still it was no worse that a mild burn from too hot food. We gave it time to heal but preceding that, they used a 3D scanner on a wand that registered the form of all teeth. That was sent to a lab where the made an exact copy. In most cases when you get a crown, there is much drilling and then "bit down and grind" on the dye sheet to find the high spots then grind more.. With the 3D scanner, this crown was as close to perfect as I have ever experienced. If you want painless, if you want a brief time in the chair, go and see Dr E.

After 3 separate tries, the dentist said I would need sedation and referred me to Dr Albisu. To my surprise, Dr. Albisu was able to numb me on the first try and I have beens seeing him ever since. The staff members in the office are friendly and professional. They seem genuinely happy to be working there. The office is clean and well organized. The large screen TVs in each dental room displays world travel documentaries accompanied by soothing music...a great diversion from the dental procedure. SCAM False advertising…read moreBait and Switch They get you in there with a promise of x-rays, exam and cleaning for $99. Then refuse to do the cleaning claiming a four quadrant deep clean is needed and a regular cleaning would not help at all. The person who did the x-rays and "exam" left to speak to the dentist and another person came in, he did not introduce himself and started with a whole spiel about I have gum disease and needed a deep cleaning and they would not do the regular cleaning and I finally asked him "are you the dentist" and he said no he's not the dentist, so I guess he was the hard sale, closer person. BYE! I followed up the next week at a reputable dentist, and there was no mention of gum, disease or deep cleaning needed.
