I subsequently received a letter from a lawyer for this company threatening all kinds of legal hell and damnation if I did not remove the review. I believe that in a lawsuit I would ultimately prevail as I also believe the facts are on my side, but the costs of litigating can be oppressive. So for the time being I have removed the original test of this review and photos, while I decide if it's worth the costs of getting my own lawyer involved. Ask yourself do you want to do business with a company that when they receive complaints and bad reviews, gets their lawyers involved rather than engaging with the customer to resolve the issue or posting their own side of the story for the public to see?

A few of the plants didn't come back to life though. I sent Tim an email telling him about it and asked if they were guaranteed. He called me back and I told him about my problem. He came out to our house the next day and looked at everything. The next week he went to the nursery and picked out plants and sent me pictures. He called me and we discussed the plants as far as the flowers, how big they'd get, etc. Shortly after our conversation, he was at our house planting the new plants. Tim has been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Star Landscaping.

I questioned them about interior cleaning since they were a landscaping company. Guy said wives do the cleaning. I was in a bind so thought I'd give them a chance. The crew consisted of an adult woman and two kids (maybe 11/12 and 14/15). The adult of the group did a very good job. Unfortunately, she did not check the kids work. I checked multiple areas and asked them to re-clean where needed. The man I spoke with instructed me to do so. I was originally quoted an addition $100 to clean the two car garage. There was nothing to clean except the ceiling fan and the windows on the garage door. I was told by the guy I scheduled with that they do not service those items in the garage. I requested the $100 be removed. I was charged an additional $10 because I had a garage even though they didn't clean. After the crew left, I checked a few more areas and found some work was not done. I took photos and texted my contact and asked if the crew could come back the next day. They did not respond. I emailed and did not get a response.
