My wife (calling from a different phone) had no problem getting through. The lady who handles scheduling (Karen) said in an annoyed tone (NO APOLOGY), "I'm out of town. I don't know if you were on the schedule. I can't even look at this until tonight." Again, no apology. No attempt to re-schedule. My wife asked, "Wait, you don't show up and you can't even reschedule me or tell me when you're actually going to come do the job?" The lady snapped: "I'm not home!" and HUNG UP ON MY WIFE. I spoke to this woman twice in the past month about this appointment: ONCE to book and ONCE to confirm they will also do a backflow test. She confirmed both and I even texted her our CCN# earlier this week. One more thing: WE DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. On June 22, 2023, we had ANOTHER APPOINTMENT to turn on our sprinklers. Lake made us (again) waste an entire day, NOT SHOWING UP, not contacting us and not apologizing. I have no idea why we kept doing business with Lake Irrigation, but we will NOT make that same mistake again and are looking for a good alternative in our area.

Couldn't beat the price compared to others, or buying tons of garden soil bags. The employee who delivered was respectful, listened to where to dump dirt, and was respectful of property. You will notice some lawns look really nice and some are just awful - weeds, dead grass, spots not growing. T&J graded some lawns properly and many others just either sprayed seed over or laid down sod. No proper grading. Believe me I have pictures and videos at over 5 houses around me they did. ALL DIFFERENT!!!! I understand some pay extra for sod, but this is just the basics of grading. They rushed and didnt care. Its amazing watching all these houses lawn being done so different by the same company. They grade some so nice and others like I said keep it uneven surface and just throw seed down. Alan and Ryan came out and assured me it was winterized and provided some additional information should I want to turn it on someday.
