    I LOVE THIS PLACE!…read more I started out by doing a challenge. Yes, I had to put down a deposit. That deposit is fully refundable if you simply follow the plan. The staff sets some aggressive goals that you can EASILY meet if you do as they ask. Even if you have trouble along the way, they are there to help you. The challenge itself is 6 weeks long and it will TRANSFORM you. You will get an eating plan and you will be on the hook for showing up. Give 100% each day and prepare to be excited with the results. I ended up losing 25 pounds during my challenge. Aside from feeling better about yourself, you will have more energy. You will also make a bunch of new friends. There has been a downside for me. I've had to go out and buy new clothes since my current wardrobe is too big. I ended up signing up for an annual membership so I'm not sure what size I will end up -- but I guess it's a good problem to have. In any case, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

    Been here since last year - started with the 6 week challenge as well as everyone else that left…read morereviews. Jordan, the owner, has tweaked it since the bad review that was left. Even though I was unable to lose 20 pounds (I lost 16ish), what I did gain is my confidence, a new found love for fitness and a huge fitness family to keep me accountable. The challenge is definitely attainable though, my boyfriend was able to lose 26 pounds and get his money back from the Challenge. I used to be someone who lived a pretty sedentary life, and now go to the gym 5 days a week at 5am. Probodies is definitely something you should take a chance on, especially if you're like me, someone who didn't really know what gym equipment did what and what exercises to do. There are a lot of classes throughout the week as well as amazing coaches. The owner customized each workout and not one workout is the same. Monday's and Thursday's are usually leg day, Tues and Friday is arms and Wednesday is focused on cardio. Personally, I think what keeps me coming back is the owner, Jordan. She definitely knows what she's teaching, always educating us about our bodies and her passion for fitness is inspiring. If you're unsure about this experience, take advantage of the 1 week free trial. I ensure you, it's lots of fun and sweat.
