I asked the local management if I could get out of my contract. They said I didn't meet the qualifications for cancellation. I am explain to them that I work 12 hours a day and then add 3 hours of coaching with drive time, I physically didn't have time. They sorry for you bad luck and you still have to pay us. The fine print says that management can cancel for any reason. I have emailed regional management and have gotten no response. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

The Invincible Fitness - Magnolia location is super clean, with a wide variety of machines, treadmills/stair stepper, and free weights to use. There is Lysol disinfectant readily available for these COVID-19 times we're living in, so no need to bring your Clorox wipes. There is also an infrared sauna for your post workout jam if that's your thing! Overall, much better than any gym I've used in the past AND there is no contract to sign, so it's unlike those other gyms that try to suck you in so you can never leave. PLUS, it's 24/7 access, so if you can't sleep one night and have a hankering to workout at 2AM, you can do it! I highly recommend Invincible over Anytime Fitness or any other gym in the greater Magnolia area.

The owner of this franchise needs to have someone on the desk at all times. Not a sign written in sharpie that says cleaning. There are actually 2 guys this morning and both were not there. The people that work here are solid, but being understaffed for 2 weeks solid is an ownership issue. Being cheap on labor always causes problems for businesses long term. Maybe its time for another gym to pop up in this area. If its similar, but fully staffed I'm done with Planet Fitness.

The building is always clean and smells great despite being a gym where everyone is sweating. We've had some financial hiccups (covid2020) and they were happy to pause our account without charging!! We are moving and thus leaving the gym as it'll be way too far and they simply cancelled the account with no fees no bargaining of any kind. Low pressure, clean environment and all around great gym! It's really important to recognize the kindness and professionalism they demonstrate. That said, they absolutely need to be much clearer about what steps are required in different situations instead of giving information bits and pieces. I really believe this is something they could easily improve. The most frustrating part of canceling my membership was how every time I went in, I was told, "Oh, you also need to do this," again and again--completely exhausting. Terry, the general manager, was incredibly kind--even when I was frustrated and impatient--always professional, patient, and consistent. Because of Terry's helpfulness and understanding during this confusing process, I'm increasing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. His genuine assistance has made all the difference in what otherwise felt like an overwhelming experience.
